  • The Tumble Turn. The Turtle Spin. The spin on yer back thing. Whatever you call it, it is something that people think is pretty cool, but most importantly, it feels awesome when done properly. This is probably the most requested instruction I get and I've finally put an edit together. Take a crack at it and let me know how it goes. Smooth water isn't a must but it definitely helps. Thank you for the video Shaun. I was able to almost do a tumble turn last weekend. I laid on the water and lifted my board (this was the part I couldn't figure out before your video). I started spinning and got all excited and forgot the rest of the instructions while losing my reference of where i was.
    The good news, I got 2 full spins in before i let go of the rope. Lol.

      Right on Todd! I have so many people ask how to do this but not nearly the same amount of people actually try. You should've stopped at 1 spin and stood back up...lol! Nail it next time!

      I know those kind of seasons. Lived in St Louis for 8 years. I'll do my best to keep videos coming throughout the winter to help get you through the season.

    What would you recommend for the boat speed for this trick?

    • @Shaun.Murray
      @Shaun.Murray  4 года назад +1

      I'm going anywhere from 21-23 depending on rope length. It's more about how hard you cut out to generate speed and is why I tend to do them after a Raley. I land that trick w a lot of speed.

    Looks great! Shaun can you add captioning if you could? There’s only Dutch captioning available, and for sure I’m in the US of A! Thanks!
