I'll never buy another bark river but I'm glad your experience with them is good. Maybe it was just during the height of the knife buying craze and they couldn't keep up but man they couldn't seem to get anything out that wasn't hot garbage for a while.

How do you even get LT Wright knives? I mean it seems typical for these kinds of knives for many brands to never be in stock (sometimes I wonder if they even really exist lol?)

Using a true Zero ground convex or scandi is a magical experience. Sadly most knives today come with an annoying micro-bevel...and all the thinner knives with I’ve ever experienced with a true edge have not held up and have required a micro-bevel. My thicker Bark River knives have been the closest I’ve been able to get and still have a knife that will do more than light use...

You are spot on! Most of mine are a bit older, when quality control mattered. Now days, it is so hard to get one that looks half way decent.
