    I may not say negative things to someone, but I would be thinking them. I think that a lot of people actually do think negative thoughts about others. They just don’t say them out loud. I have a feeling that it happens much more often than people let on in therapy, or in general. Of course people are not going to admit that they have negative thoughts about other people. That would make them look like a bad person.

      I don't have negative thoughts about people. Whenever I'm communicating with someone I usually just think about what they said, what I will say later etc.
      I know it's probably not the case for everyone though

    I appreciate that you’re trying to help people that suffer from anxiety. But, I was disappointed that there was not any principles or counsel given from scripture. I clicked on your video because it said “Christian” counselor. Our only hope is Christ and His Word. I say this in all love.
