I'm so glad to have a found a Christian faith based therapist of color/black. She is excellent and im going to get the rest of my papers to sum up all my core diagnoses today and in my childhood years. I tried secular therapist but they though that I was a hopeless case because of severe childhood abuse, bullying, severe disabilities, and mental health issues. I definitely want to stick to this therapist for the long haul to get as much help that I need. Only God can truly heal me through them. My faith is shattered because of my upbringing and i definitely need to forgive others too.

Amen..-this is timely ..It gives me joy and fulfillment whenever a counselee would tell me that he/she feels better after the counseling/therapy session..but it is God who truly heals..Truly it is the the Lord to be praised and glorified.

Thank you so much for this clarity, It is helpful that a Christian therapist drives people to Christ. And that client , are made in the image of God. I just have a question..It comes from a place of wanting to learn and not wanting to judge someone's sexual orientation. After having some conversations with a male psycholpgist. He mentioned that he is able to date bisexual woman. I also get it that people have the right to date whoever they please. However, is it possbile for Christians to go that route ? Anyone with their input please help me with some clarity 🙏..Thank you all .
