This is the ultimate phone if you are a delivery driver/Courier. I'm always fumbling around with my phone trying to switch between apps as a delivery driver trying to keep in contact with my dispatch. The LG Wing solves that problem I've got GPS maps open on one screen with the slack app to communicate with my dispatch open on the other screen. Dude, first video of yours I have seen and I already love your charisma and review style. You definitely deserve more subs and you definitely got mine!
Subbed! I am growing tired of big tech youtubers who don't seem to have a clue about the very thing they claim to have mastery on - tech. Whoever pays them gets positive reviews, or in most cases - a review, at all. There are not enough reviews on LG, Sony phones (and other brands that are not apple, oneplus and samsung whose marketing consists entirely of throwing big numbers around and passively paying big youtubers), and when i do find one the "avg consumer" thing you talk about kicks in and results in a review that feels like checking off a list. When you hold a phone in your hand and actually use it, that is when a review can actually happen. Reading specs off a list and filling a 7min video with b rolls is all it takes these days to make a review apparently. Again, thank you for your work. I dont need flashy b rolls and a spec list , but a guy who sits down and genuinely talks about his experience which seemlessly comes from daily use to a formal review.
I trust your reviews more than the other popular youtubers. Seriously, you don't even pop up on the search list if i dont put your name after "LG wing review" even though the title is the same.
Loved your review!!! I plan on getting this at some point. I'm using my Surface duo as my daily driver for all mobile activities at the moment. I don't plan on getting this as my main mobile device or phone, just going to get it because of how innovative it is!!
That gimble mode is absolutely *wicked*. For the first time, I'm excited to see what LG will do next. The V10 was awesome with it's steel rails snd ruggedness, but I feel it inches towards Samsung-ish design choices with each iteration. It finally seems LGs got it's confidence back and there banging out wicked ideas and phones. So cool. Too bad I'm not rich though.
Buying this device is really deliberate move and I don't think I am there yet. But these kind of ideas are pushing the boundaries of how we use our mobile devices.
People complaining about power button? Lg floored this a long time ago. Even my v20 powers off the screen if you tap the home screen twice. If you want to turn off the screen while an app is open, tap the notification bar twice
In terms of phones LG have really banged it out of the park this year by offering different experiences in different price ranges and the Wing seems utterly engaging. That gimbal feature is sublime. I want! I want! I want! Footstamping over.
I really like this guy! He's very articulate, has great energy & personality and isn't a shill for apple (like Marques Brownnose, crapple explained, the splerge, CuntNet and many, MANY others). He even has a nice sense of humor and is more focused on the positive side of the LG WING and the fun that us users have/can have with it!! 😎👍 Subscribed, Liked & Appreciated, my friend! ♥️🌹✅
LG makes awesome phones. I have the V60 and love using it. The G8 might be the most perfect phone...2k screen, headphone jack, 32-bit Hi-Fi QuadDAC, 3D Face Unlock, rear fingerprint reader, perfect screen size and form factor, the blazing Snapdragon 855, and that unworldly Carmine Red.
Best review on this phone. Others who reviewed this haven't actually used it. Lol. T-mobile had a 50% off promo when i bought it. $500 is a good deal for me.

I bought this phone on the 2nd. I love the option to allow apps to be used on the small screen and the large battery. Well.. Everything really. If I absolutely *had* to complain its the small particles of like dirt that can sometimes get in the gaps between the screens but that's not even much of an issue
I think it's a fair concern, but not something I'd consider a deal breaker. Just something that requires a small change in how we care for a phone. Congrats on the new pocket computer!
@@SomeGadgetGuy thank you! Best $1000 I could have spent on a phone. I explained it to some people that.. If Im going to spend this much on a phone I want it to be different. I want it to do something no other phone does. And the LG Einf met that quota with flying colours
I got the V60 5G but i really wish I had gone with this instead. There are times where I have left the house without my dual screen case only to wish I had a second screen later on. This is a better solution to that very unique circumstance

I do like the like the hardware experimentations LG does, but let's hope that LG finally stats to deliver on the software support front. I loved my v30 but after it stopped receiving software support and doing the bare minimum for the 2y (every 3 months and months old security patch) i jumped ship.
V30 was four years ago now. The major change from their software center happened around the V40 to G8 transition. Still room for improvement, but your talking about a completely different beast now. It's like judging the iPhone 12 by saying "iphones used to bend".
@@SomeGadgetGuy I pre-order the phone in my region and got it end December of 2017, so closer to three years than four. Great review Juan! Definitely spotlights the useful features of this phone. Personally I went with the V60 for my personal device - and I couldn't agree with you more - it is a beast! Really appreciate your insight! Thanks!!
I keep them both open the entire time in my commute if you are a true multitasker this phone is perfect for you
At 8:08 double tap to sleep can also work in any window u just have to tap the notification bar twice.
Dont really have to go back to homescreen to do that
The one and only phone (and tech) channel that matters.
Great take. I am so excited for where they can go with this concept
Dude, first video of yours I have seen and I already love your charisma and review style. You definitely deserve more subs and you definitely got mine!
😁👍
Always glad to have a few more folks along for the ride 👍
I trust your reviews more than the other popular youtubers. Seriously, you don't even pop up on the search list if i dont put your name after "LG wing review" even though the title is the same.
Loved your review!!! I plan on getting this at some point. I'm using my Surface duo as my daily driver for all mobile activities at the moment. I don't plan on getting this as my main mobile device or phone, just going to get it because of how innovative it is!!
It's REALLY fun. Especially if you like interesting phones with hinges.
My phone comes tomorrow. I cannot wait!
So far I loooove this phone!!!
2020 was an interesting year for LG. Overall. Comparing their attack plans in previous years. Thanks a million for your share.
Buying this device is really deliberate move and I don't think I am there yet. But these kind of ideas are pushing the boundaries of how we use our mobile devices.
Nice phones from lg this year
People complaining about power button? Lg floored this a long time ago. Even my v20 powers off the screen if you tap the home screen twice. If you want to turn off the screen while an app is open, tap the notification bar twice
Right! Folks been sleeping on lg...
Watching this on my new LG wing
Sent from my iPhone 😉😉
Actually on my NOTE 9
Lol
In terms of phones LG have really banged it out of the park this year by offering different experiences in different price ranges and the Wing seems utterly engaging. That gimbal feature is sublime. I want! I want! I want! Footstamping over.
I really like this guy! He's very articulate, has great energy & personality and isn't a shill for apple (like Marques Brownnose, crapple explained, the splerge, CuntNet and many, MANY others). He even has a nice sense of humor and is more focused on the positive side of the LG WING and the fun that us users have/can have with it!! 😎👍
Subscribed, Liked & Appreciated, my friend! ♥️🌹✅
Juan Bagnell, the perfect cosplayer for Super Mario! LOL
I'm trying to lose weight tho... Not gain more...
So true. Such a shame it got panned. It's still a fantastic phone.
Love this phone I have it and man you see it in person
😍😍 you gave me positive vibe to buy this phone thank you!
Myself, I have a V60 Dual Screen and a LG Stylo 6 and G8Thinq and I really enjoy LG's products overall. I find the Wing to be an interesting device
Best review on this phone. Others who reviewed this haven't actually used it. Lol. T-mobile had a 50% off promo when i bought it. $500 is a good deal for me.
That's a CRAZY buy for a phone with multiple moving parts.
Gimbal work is unbelievable😍
It's really good.
Guy you really did great i love the review i really love lg phones beacause they are unique
First time on your channel. Hopefully getting this phone for my wife and I today. Great video.
Love the Flat cap
😎👍
Ima buy one on Black Friday ;) Also love your style of videos
Its annoying that if i want to buy the wing many other tech reviewers push you to not buy it and buy like a zflip or a regular phone.
I'll be getting this in almost a month from now at $315. Can't wait for my birthday!
Happy birthday!
I think there is LG biase. T-Mobile's website is arranged by new phones on the top and older phones at the bottom. LG Wing was sorta close to the top last week when it was released and now it's all the way at the bottom. Strange, huh?
Would you ever do a follow up vid about the wing
I'm writing an LG 2021 recap video now.
Good episode 👏 you ticked every box for a good review for average users
Great phone....Great Review...❤️
Dude. You didn't mention the typing experience on the second screen
OMG! I kept waiting for your full review video. Loveeee it. I know ur soft spot with LG. I got 2 Wings in blue and grey with the T-Mobile buy 1 get 1 free promo. Loveee it.
I REALLY want that blue one, but it would still live in a case. 😁
@@SomeGadgetGuy I loveeee my illusion sky. Any way you can do a 10 must do tricks on your LG Wing video? Don't laugh, but i dunno how to add new app icons to the swivel screen when swiveled up. Sooo frustrating!
LOL I'll see what I can do 😁
@@SomeGadgetGuy I feel so dumb. I can't even add app icons to the swivel carousel menu.
@@SomeGadgetGuy I'm surprised Marques Brownlee was semi-nice in his LG Wing video review. He always takes a big dump on LG like he just had 20 tacos with mystery meat haha
Where's that case from?
Why LG still doesn't sponsor JuanBagnell still baffles me, or do they?
I was planning to get this to upgrade the wifey's V40, but I think we will wait and hope for a gen II with a top tier processor and 4k in gimbal mode. We love the phone and were looking forward to it, but we just need a little more, and we are willing to pay a little more as would be appropriate.
It can only be Juan! Full in-depth reviews after using the phones
It releasing without treble and android 7 so ending at android 9 was to be expected, but the overall promise of better software upport never really came through and that has certainly influenced my purchasing decision this time as I'm now happy on my S20 fe 5g with the promises of 3y support. Keep up the great work, really enjoy your take on the subjects 👍
That's that Tony Stark phone.
Old LG. It's a cute little time capsule.
God I love this phone. Really wish LG had stuck around and made a second/third iteration, and invested in marketing. This form factor had so much potential,
Ikr, LG Wing 2 with better camera hardware and Snapdrgaon 778G+ should be alright.
Best Review of lg Wing ON yt, Btw i ordered it today
Since I first saw LG's DualScreen case, I have been rooting so hard for LG and the new Wing definitely got me giggled so hard. Boy, I. SO. WANT. TO BUY ONE! 😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️
I saw all those hearts and thought you were one of those spammy "boyfriend" bots 😅
@@SomeGadgetGuy Really? I don't even know that. 😂🤣
