Prayers did nothing. As usual. Humans did the work. “God” was nowhere to be seen. As usual.

With Rader, I think it's pretty clear that he did go for years between murder incidents (some were multiple victim crimes, some single victim). The reason is pretty clear: Rader is basically a coward. He took mementoes from his victims, he took Polaroid pictures of his victims and made craft projects commemorating his various victims to milk each one for the maximum thrill value because he was so scared of being injured or caught each time he committed a new set of crimes.
Gary Leon Ridgway, the Green River Killer, who confessed to 49 victims but was probably responsible for many more (he's not the brightest bulb on the string and he admitted he had so many victims he simply couldn't remember them all) finally aged out because he realised that he was slowing down and losing his strength with age. He feared that one of his victims would either get away from him or turn on him and kill him in self defence.
You may think of them as monsters but they do not have super powers and they tend to be cowards when it cones to their own safety.

Psychologically, SK's often have what is referred to as a 'cooling off period' - how long it lasts, and other factors are different for each SK, and also what may 'trigger' them.

I agree. They don’t ( quit,). They are usually incarcerated or dead,, unbelievably I have seen a very few that stopped after getting married, but even in those cases it was temporary and they started back up later in years.

Why the hell is Mike Fisher trying to cover for BTK? Stop the politics DA, help the sheriff developer the evidence if it’s there! Cynthia’s family deserve the closure and the victim deserves justice! Keep going Sheriff!

Because Fisher is another questionable Judge. He released so killers from prison according to what I've heard in the past. Virden is running for sheriff against Perrier and Fischer backs Virden's opponent

You are jumping a long way to a conclusion. Fisher's statement didn't in any way "cover" for Rader. He simply stated that he hasn't seen this "puzzle" yet, but thus far there has been no evidence linking Rader to this case.
That's accurate- not covering for anyone. "Covering" sounds like he's hiding evidence.

Oklahoma did not have capital punishment when he committed the crimes we know of so he didn't get that penalty. Capital punishment was reinstated AFTER the crimes he's in prison for.
Was this disappearance of this young lady commited during the capital punishment being in effect? If so, when will rader be taken care of??
Edit: I meant to say Kansas not Oklahoma.

Growing up in the Ken-Mar neighborhood in the 80s there’s one night that still haunts me. My brother and I were walking to QuikTrip on 13th and N Dellrose Ave when a man offered us a ride home. We felt very uncomfortable. To this day, I'm convinced it was BTK, lurking in the very shadows we feared. I’m so glad that you caught this monster.🫡

Really? It seems very unlikely that Rader would have used an entriely different MO in this onse case. He did, as a fact, very much enjoy readin true crime articles and books regarding many other murders. He may simply have found this case interesting.
There is no reason for the comments ranters going on about government conspiracies. Grow the hell up.

That's not how crossword puzzles are done. The prosecutors office connected letters that go diagonal and 3 rows up, to a letter diagonal, 4 rows down, then straight across to another letter, opposite direction. That's one of many examples.
It sounds like these people want to take the easy option by pinning all unsolved murders on a imprisoned serial killer. Smh...
