First and foremost, we use a water-based urethane sealer we have manufactured specifically for us. we do that so that we have a better sealer for our clients that last longer and cheaper for us so we can give great prices to our clients! however we will start selling our products soon! that being said comment below if you'd like to buy some sealer! now getting back to the process, first step is cleaning , we spray a water and chlorine solution down to kill all mold algae bugs etc. followed by a surface cleaner using high pressure water to remove all mold and algae from the surface finally ending with the turbo tip and rise tip to remove anything left behind such as a weed in a crack and rising debris from surface! next we begin sanding, fill call cracks and sweeping excess off so that cracks are full with sand and that sand level in cracks are a 1/8 of an inch below paver surface! you do not want to over sand as this will lead to sand break loose and have sand missing and rain wash out! once all excess sand is all gone and cracks are filled, you're ready for sealing! we use a sprayer to spray sealer. never use a roller as this will pick up sand out of cracks and get onto your paver surface! once you have cover pavers with sealer you are all done, ensure to put a nice thick coat on not leaving a puddle on surface!
