How to create custom tooltips for images and buttons in Power BI

Very Nice! I was trying something similar with other visuals -- but they don't show their tool tips unless you are actually hovering over the slice or bar or whatever is generally shown. Card along with [Measure] = " " was the secret sauce. Thanks so much.

Hello. I appreciate your helpful videos. I tried your method for an icon image of a chain link used to navigate to a webpage. I used the card as a custom tooltip with a screenshot of the website so users will hove over the chain link image and see the website image that the link goes to. However...because of the layering. When I click the image it no longer navigates to the site. Any workaround ideas? TIA

Hello data pear, somehow the space measure is not working, the custom tooltip do not fires up, and when i use any printable char, it shows the tooltip but only on hovering over the character. I was expecting the tooltip will pop if we hover inside the card visual including the blank
