You’re honestly one of the best football youtubers that I’ve ever seen. Definitely up there in the top 3 because of the time and effort that you put into your videos. Putting this here to remember when you blow up!
I don't like football, I don't watch football, but I find this hilarious and glad it was in my recommended. Kinda like an Internet Historian episode. Great editing, funny clips.
Bishop Shakur bro no they didn’t. They missed out on a chance to have a last minute scoring drive. After a half where they couldn’t get on the scoreboard to save they’re life lol
I found this channel from the George Kittle vid. And I'm currently going through his entire channel. The quality and content is amazing. Keep it up my guy! You are light years ahead of most informative sports channels.
The quality of these vids are absolutely insane especially for a new channel I just binge watch the rest of your vids and my friends you have a new subscriber
Seahawks and Packers are two of my favorite teams. So i remember that game quite vividly. That was super weird seeing 2 refs disagree on the call and then, quite clearly, review it wrongly.
Seahawks fan here, even at that moment in time i knew that was an interception, but all-in-all the game was so horribly officiated that it just seemed like a fitting result. I remember declaring to my dad right after the game that this was the game that would end the referee lockout. He didn't believe me, I won that bet.
Then the Jesse James catch in 2017 and Refball in the 2018-2019 season happened. Let’s just go and say NFL officiating is broken no matter who is out there.
doesn't matter whose out there if the rules have been skewed and warped so bad no one can actually know what the fuck is going on. Competent refs can't fix that.
A similar catch by Tyler Eifert in a Bengals/Ravens game in 2015 getting called back. The Bengals would have been up 21-0, but had to kick a field goal. They wouldn't score again until after the Ravens made it 21-17, midway in the fourth quarter.
You're videos are great. Please do a Giants video that doesn't focus on how terrible they are right now! I'd love to see one about the 2007 season overall.
Awesome content just stumbled upon your nick Foles video and within the first few mins I subscribed with out hesitation your videos are interesting and amazing I just wanna sit and watch these all day long
I think it's hilarious how Packers fans claim that the fail Mary was an interception because their guy "had possession first", even though he couldn't come down with it, yet they suddenly switch gears when talking about the 2015 NFC divisional round where Dez Bryant's catch was ruled incomplete. 😂
The refs fucked over the Lions. We were honestly supposed to lose because just about everyone on the Packers O-line were listed as questionable from injuries during practice and still from the Eagles, nobody properly recovered and I expected that to fuck us up and we would take the L. The referees completely fucked over the Lions, who whooping our asses. Granted, we got a W and we'll still take it cause we got places to be, like the playoffs, but we should've lost and its because of the refs we didn't. This is the only win I have ever complained about ever since I started watching football with my dad when I was 11, which was around when Rodgers stepped in for Brett. I complain because I know I wouldve been pissed if the roles were reversed. Lions fans have every right to be pissed about that game.
@@nickdoesrobloxnickdr while it was maybe an int, I think it's ignorant for people to not even consider it being a catch. Keep in mind if it's a tie it always goes to the offence. I honestly think it was a catch but I also think tate pusjed off
I was a freshman in a small college in Wisconsin when the Fail Mary happened. I don't think I've ever heard so much collective anger or as many consecutive aggressive door slams. Fun time to be there, really.
I know no one wants to hear this, but according to NFL dual-possession rules, possession goes to the offense. The "fail mary," whether people want to think so or not, was actually the correct call.
Whatda hell man!? How the frick did you get me regularly watching sports content!?! Yo Edge, you some kinda magical wizard? No. You're lvl 1000 story teller with +130 charisma. Keep grinding you eternal champion, you
Wanna say that about this year? “You don’t know how good you have it” is it? The refs this year have been dogshit. Cowboys screwed out of 3 games, lions screwed out of at least one, refs ignoring new rules because they don’t like them, weak af RTP calls, refs are flag happy, etc. ID RATHER HAVE REPLACEMENT REFS AT THIS POINT FFS. At least that way everyone would be screwed equally.
The truly sad part of this entire story is that the events of 2012 have essentially made any push for better accountability of officials in any major sport impossible for years, if not decades to come. Any time any commissioner tries to bring up new measures to hold officials accountable or penalize them for repeated poor performances, that refs/umpires union can just say "Heck no, that is not happening. If you want to try pushing that on us, then goodbye, good luck trying to run games without us, call us when you're ready to get serious.", confident that the commissioner won't dare risk something like the NFL's fiasco.
I remember watching the Packers game. I was fiddling with a piece of neon green and black rope that looked navy blue in the light. My dad told me to put it away. I remember him yelling and swearing at the TV. I was mad too.
Hope this helps people realize just how hard being a ref is. Yea, they might make some shitty calls but they’re only human. I don’t anyone could be a perfect ref who never makes any Incorrect calls. Watching a game through your tv is vastly different than watching a game on the field.
