@@jamesletswin facts bro I started my company 2 years ago with my business partner. We started buying land but now we have a building right in the heart of sosua. My company I CJDR properties I'm in town once a month maybe one day we will cross paths. I like connecting with like minded brothers.

Great video! I lived in Portugal and now I'm in France. I had an apartment in Portugal and doing the Airbnbs in France. The Airbnbs suck! We are spoiled in the United States and don't know it. Most of the world is living the Ikea life. The Airbnbs in France looks like someone's 90-year-old grandmother decorated the place and they want $1,000 or more a month. The daily rate is higher. Now what you don't know is that their mortgages are probably around $300 - 400/month. I've dealt with no hot water, and most don't have air conditioning which is a European thing. I think South America has got to be better than the European homes. It's a mess! I won't even discuss the Ikea flat pillows, and dish rag towels.
