So by telling you she will not sleep with you unless there’s a promise that you are her man, for many professionals there, that’s very normal. Many Dominican women don’t date to have fun, they date with full intention of a marriage and a family. This is why men from other countries can go to DR, find a wife, definitely a girlfriend if that’s what they truly want. Of course there’s girls that will use you but introducing to family on a first or second date is very normal and generally is the culture. I’m late to Cabarete. I came to eat out here a few times but I never stayed. I always stayed in La Mulata in the hills. It’s quiet up there but I wanted to be next to the water and rented this place and it was the best.

Five years later I sold that property for 120K. I came to Sosúa and purchased my condo for 58K was able to renovate it in have money left over. I wouldn’t sell. All of my properties in Atlanta if I was you, but if you can sell one, I would definitely make that move.

I did a cashout refi on 3 of the five properties that I own and lowered the interest rate to 2.5% and invested substantial amount in crypto. That amount has grown to something crazy. It seems my money grows much faster in crypto than real estate but owning multiple properties overseas has always been my goal. I have no bills, outside of mortgages and am 100% disabled Vet. I've been to Sosua a few year ago for my brothers bachelor party so I already know how it is. I've been to Thailand as well and absolutely loved it but the plane ride is crazy long. I'm still not sure if this is the best time to buy a home due to the crash that's soon coming. Thanks for the advice fam, definitely appreciate it. Look into Playa del carmen real estate when you get a chance. People are paying like $2k - $5K a month rent here and the properties are reasonable. Many Dominican women don’t date to have fun, they date with full intention of a marriage and a family. This is why men from other countries can go to DR, find a wife, definitely a girlfriend if that’s what they truly want. Of course there’s girls that will use you but introducing to family on a first or second date is very normal and generally is the culture. Cabarete is the most chill laid back city I’ve ever been to. The beach was breathe taking. My AIR BNB was literally on the beach of Cabarete.
I’m late to Cabarete. I came to eat out here a few times but I never stayed. I always stayed in La Mulata in the hills. It’s quiet up there but I wanted to be next to the water and rented this place and it was the best.

I appreciate you for watching bro. This is what I did with one of my properties I didn’t add to my portfolio I just saw one property that I purchased for 23K. Five years later I sold that property for 120K. I came to Sosúa and purchased my condo for 58K was able to renovate it in have money left over. I wouldn’t sell. All of my properties in Atlanta if I was you, but if you can sell one, I would definitely make that move.
@@jamesletswin That's what's up. Let me give you a little history. I bought my properties back in 09 during the crash. I did a cashout refi on 3 of the five properties that I own and lowered the interest rate to 2.5% and invested substantial amount in crypto. That amount has grown to something crazy. It seems my money grows much faster in crypto than real estate but owning multiple properties overseas has always been my goal. I have no bills, outside of mortgages and am 100% disabled Vet. I've been to Sosua a few year ago for my brothers bachelor party so I already know how it is. I've been to Thailand as well and absolutely loved it but the plane ride is crazy long. I'm still not sure if this is the best time to buy a home due to the crash that's soon coming. Thanks for the advice fam, definitely appreciate it. Look into Playa del carmen real estate when you get a chance. People are paying like $2k - $5K a month rent here and the properties are reasonable. They just finished the train which will really ramp things up... P.S. Diddy is in hot water bro.. N.Y. shyt..
