Brother, you are honestly one of the few that are very transparent and genuine. Lots of brothers come on youtube and blow hot air and sometimes seem to have a trick up their sleeve to fllece another brother. The numbers you give are very realistic and relatable. In economics there is something called the law of diminishing returns which you explained very well, essentially something gives you lots of happiness but beyond a certain point the increase in happiness is marginal or not at all. On the other hand our time on this planet is finite, so the only thing our money cant buy is time so there we have it. You make a choice to die chasing money mostly for vanity or actually once you get to a certain point you dial back on chasing money and free up more of your time to do things that truly make you happy.

Consistently receive three to $400 a month off RUclips. So I never won a lot of money off of one video. I feel you brother. I retired at 51 in 2019. I have since learned that time and health are more important than money. Returned from Taiwan and Philippines this past November and truly realized how fortunate I am. I know my retirement income affords me an upper middle class lifestyle in SE Asia, but my focus is utilizing my time to achieve my maximum happiness and preserving my health to get the maximum of life's experiences. I have no desire to acquire ANYTHING. I am a minimalist, and it fits my lifestyle of being able to pick up and go at a minutes notices. Love your content, keep it up.

You are the only person who didn't understand the point of the video. If you have knowledge about finances, you would comprehend it. I have a very well-planned monthly budget and I am not living beyond my means. If you want to leave the United States and survive on bread, water, and street food, then go ahead. But as for me, I have lived a very good life in the United States and I plan to live an even better life in Thailand. I didn't say you have to penny pinch or that you're living beyond your means. Whatever floats ya boat when I get down there, I'm just on different type time. I'm definitely gonna have a cook who comes 3-4 time a week. If everything goes right I just don't plan on spending nowhere near that a mth. That's my whole purpose of living the states. I understood what u said I just made a statement for most mf the name of the game is get away. But do ya thing beloved. We the same age I did enough partying and tricking to last a lifetime I'm done. That's all I'm saying.
I rarely party and I don't trick, but I worked hard to be in the position I'm in now and I'm enjoying life. I don't judge what others do with their money. I enjoy traveling and eating at nice restaurants. If you've never lived in another country, don't believe the internet hype. Things can be just as expensive as in the US and you may find yourself in a bad situation. I'm here now and I have expats asking me for $70 until Monday.

Bro the only way you can make 9-10 thousand from residual is by out right owning the property. You cannot be paying a mortgage at all. You would have to own nearly a million dollars in property. If I owned a $200,000 home with no mortgage the most I could pocket is less than $2000 a month. You would have to own 5 houses worth $200,000 a piece at least for that much residual income.
In summary you would have to be rich in property to receive that much income. I am sure going thru a divorce your wife should have you in an out of court for those properties
