Going shopping in DR is a good way to see if you have a potentially good girl. Will she allow the locals to overcharge you or will she stand up for you and make sure you pay the best Dominican prices. In the past I've had to give a chica money to go shopping by herself or tell her go in the store find what you like then come outside and tell me how much she needs just to keep from getting that inflated gringo price.
