Oh yeahhhh. After the winch, if you install a limited-slip rear dif, _or_ a locker (front or rear) you've basically got an unstoppable trail rig.
winch is already in the back of the truck waiting on the bumper. Locker is next on deck.🫡🫡
Getting free stuff from manufacturers? Nice. Glad your bump stop install was easy. I switched mine out yesterday as part of a true suspension lift (rather than just a spacer lift) and the bump stops in my previous lift kit had rusted to the point it took 4 strong men an hour to get two of them off. And I don't even live in the rust belt.
Man that's crazy! These new ones are 1000% better.
@@4wdAdventurzsometimes just a little change makes all the difference. Happy wheeling.
😂amazing what the previous gen frontier is capable of in near stock , well done !
I really enjoy your videos and content. Thank you.
Thanks for watching buddy!
Your breaks sounded like Godzilla right before a fight. Lol
Hahahaha for real. 🤦🏼♂️
Never use the ball hitch to pull someone out it will eventually break and it ends up killing the driver/ passenger you should buy EXTREME DUTY RECEIVER SHACKLE there’s videos about this
As usual, good informative content. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for watching buddy!
Awesome! This was next on my radar and may wait for these to come out. I had my sights on the ones from Trimben, but agree, the stock ones are terrible specially with how heavy I’m running.
Crazy how big of a difference they make! I'm not sure when they'll be out. But with the way these perform, I'd say they're close!
Haha everyone always has the one homie that does the dirty work lol
😂 definitely
Ain't nothing like being stuck on top of you're skid plates in the middle of a sewer.😂
Awesome video and great equipment installs on your vehicle! I'm debating whether to trade in my '10 Tacoma crewcab 4x4 for a used 2023 long bed 4x4 SV Frontier with only 15k miles.
I don't offroad much but thinking of lifting the Frontier with Rough Country 2.5 inch loaded struts for the front and 1.5 inch shackles in the rear. Thanks always for keeping us informed of new products and equipment! 👍
I'd say do it. You'll be happy you did.
Having owned the last two generations of Frontiers, the ABS traction control gets a lot more aggressive in 4low.
Nice video again
Someone from Nissan's marketing department needs to be fired. I'm really impressed with what these trucks (yours and the 2nd gen) are capable of. On a side note what phone are you using.
iphone 13? Or 14?.. I don't remember which one. I think 14
Great video
You Florida boys and your mud ! I could never I hate that shit 😂😂👌 Il stick with Rocks
Haha. That's understandable! Wait till see the video we just did. I pulled out chunks of hard clay the size of footballs out from under my truck 😂. 😬😬
@@4wdAdventurz yikes !!!!😬
Hell yeah 🤙
cool product
Love my pro 4x but damn bro what a nice truck
Thanks buddy!
You need to get some Sumo Springs man!! Nice truck tho!!
Nahhh man. Durobumps is where it's at😂
@@4wdAdventurz
I guess lol. They don't help much with other suspension components tho. Sumo springs help reduce wear
almost....close but no cigar on that mud hole! 😂
If I romped on it a little harder it might of done it. Ever since I broke that CV I've been a little more....uh... conservative haha😂
Nice review, thanks for sharing.
Do you have the front differential "lowered" to allow a straighter front axle angle?
Yes with he 6" lift, it's a drop bracket.
Could you do a review on e-locker vs no locker. If you think it's needed
I think it's time for a body lift also.
I've thought about it🤔🤔🤔
@@4wdAdventurz Let us know what kit you use.
Do you consider adding e-locker in your rear diff?
Yes. A locker is definitely on the list.
Can someone explain to me like im 10 why bump stops are a good thing? Doesn't it limit articulation?
when the lower control alarm is going through up travel, it is limited by contact with the components. If you don’t have some kind of padding or bumpstops in place to absorb the impact, your shock will bottom out and your lower control arm will crash into other suspension parts. A bumpstop is essentially like installing a marshmallow in between all of it.
@@4wdAdventurz thanks for the reply, if I'm running a stock suspension, should I still consider getting them?
@@Bilbo383 i use to never think they were worth a shit but I honestly think they are a night and day difference if you offroad.
Additionally, your CV axle may not support that much angle twist.
Is the black PRO4X leveled or stock?
3" block
Cool, your Gen 3 is pretty sick looking…makes me wanna trade in my 2012 😂
I hope you aren’t installing a light bar on it.
😂😂😂. No
1ST‼️☝️✔️
WOULD YOU HAVE EXPECTED ANY LESS⁉️ YA🙄
Nice, bro
