Would this be why my car was puffing out white smoke on start up and when driving just stopped with an anti pollution warning? Will not start again now after having the injectors resealed and two replaced for secondhand ones . Thanks
I am changing the injectors for my 1.6hdi 2007 Citroen C4 and bought remanufactured ones from ebay. Some of them have 9 digit codes which my lexia won't allow to input there as it is restricted to 8 digits. If I understood your video and comments correctly I can just leave the 9 digit ones uncoded and it should fire up? I tried to fire it up with 3 cylinders but couldn't and asked all around on facebook and everyone says you HAVE to code the injectors in.
I wanted to get the engine warm with 3 cylinders so I could be able to remove the last injector that is stuck, I tried to get air out with inline pipes off on injectors and also priming with the hand pump but couldn't get it hard.
@@Daniel-ct4qf if they have different length codes you're fitting the wrong injectors with a different part number the number starting 0445110 must be the same on all 4 injectors
So upgrading a 2006 1.6 HDI with 109hp to the 297 injectors, you have to do this? Was thinking about following your guide with the TF035 turbo to get to about 170-ish hp. Seems like the tuner reaaally has to know what he is doing and I don't much trust these in my country.
If you go from 239 or 259 ypu cannot code a 311 or 297 or 353 as the length of the code is different. However the remap adjusts the calibration tables, the ecu will adjust for corrections based on diesel knock automatically. Infact I found even if you change the code it does not seem to adjust for it immediately.

Hello Steven, I have a 2006 1.6Hdi vehicle, it has 239 injectors on it, I replaced them with 311, but I did not code it because the code lengths are different. Do I need to code the k tag? Can you use it like this, thank you.
You need to calibrate the maps via a remap, however you still won't be able to add the correction code. Don't drive until the ECU is updated otherwise it will be heavily overfuelling

Hello, i just put a 259 injectors in my clonker. It had 281 injectors originally. When i put the calibration codes in and hit ok screen goes back to the menu and doesnt change the codes. Both have 9 digit code..Any advice? Thanks
Yes, you can drive at half power it's safe enough. Why not use our MyGenius programming tool then you can program the remap yourself and you can use a good remap from us. Do you also have the gt1544v turbo upgrade? There's a full fitment guide on our website.

Just don't go more than 30% power until it's all mapped in ;)
Hi got a citroen dispatch 2.0hdi 2011 just removed Injectors to clean and new washer put them back in eny order 😥 now wont start do it need Coding original injectors put back in

@@karlbigmore7949 might just be a wiring problem or a power supply problem, it doesn't specifically list an immo fault. Of course if an ecu is broken its nit always going to give an exact fault. Easiest way is to test with an unlocked ecu and see if that gets it going before doing further tests.

No, injector coding isn't important, get a mechanic to look in to it further

@@CrazySerb-b5g the pins are for a turbo position sensor, most of the 16v dodnt use this except the very last ones

I have a mini 1.6 hdi 2009 I have 295 injectors in the car is it possible to swap them for 297 injectors as I have a full perdect set of them spare ?

No thats not your reason for the no start, coding doesn't matter. You probably have an air lock.
