Hello! Yes, I design all my files in Embrilliance StitchArtist. I really only use the super low density when creating the knockdown stitch. I typically like to keep my fill stitches between 4-5pt density. I will adjust depending on the size and overall density of the graphic.

I like Madeira polyneon in 40wt. Polyester is very durable and can handle being washed
