Thanks for the video my friend ! Currently trying to break into IT myself, but getting a bit overwhelmed with what certs to do/ experience to get etc. Focusing on just getting started with an it job for now and trying not to get carried away with certs, just using the resources from the certs to broaden my knowledge. Hope your doing well and would be interested to see where your at now 👍
i have done it on my own i started as a desktop support and move to service desk and now i got a new job as a service engineer, i dont have any degree i have IT cerificate only you have to believe in yourself am in south africa
How long did you study for the Sec+ and Net+ ? I graduated in csun earlier this year too and have been trouble finding an entry level IT position. I've worked 2 years in tech support and did help desk for like 4 months, but it's still been tough. I'm considering of getting these certs and was just wondering how tough it was for you and the time frame? (I live in Cali if that matters). Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I'm not sure really. I've used test out to study for the Linux+ and was really impressed with the material, but I don't really have an opinion on their certs.
