I have for years been looking for compositions of Leopold Auer who was a brilliant and talented violinist and also a pedagogue and wish to thank you most sincerely for having uploaded his works, and hope you will upload more of his works if any, in the future.

Wunderschöne Interpretation dieser romantischen und ethnisch komponierten Meisterwerke im nuancierten Tempo mit seidigem doch gut phrasiertem Ton der technisch perfekten Violine und zurückgehaltenem doch klar artikuliertem Klang des ebenso technisch perfekten Klaviers. Der intime und perfekt entsprechende Dialog zwischen den beiden Virtuosen ist echt ergreifend. Alles ist atemberaubend!
Greetings Brilliant Classics. Thanks so very much for this recording which features the rare violin and piano showpieces of these yet to be known Hungarian and Czech violin composers. Hopefully the performing artistes will follow up on this by proceeding to record the entire violin and piano compositional repertoire (or selected highlights) of the much underrated and overlooked Czech virtuoso violinist Jan Kubelik which presently exists primarily in the form of vintage 78 rpm mono vinyl recordings. It is also fervently hoped that your label will go on to record all 6 of J. Kubelik's violin concertos - either in their original compositional format or alternate violin/piano arrangements - of which his fourth is best known albeit very seldom performed in the Czech concert halls while the rest languish in obscurity. Looking forward to hearing your response on this.
