  • Many of us have experienced symptoms that have stumped even the smartest doctors. Symptoms like constant fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and difficulty sleeping are often oversimplified and over-treated with prescription medications by traditional medicine. Dr. Tiffany Mullen from Vytal Health is here to help us understand how we can know whether those symptoms could be adrenal fatigue, and how a personalized plan is the key to recovery. Vytal Health has a special subscription package that includes an hour-long initial video consultation with an adrenal health specialist at Vytal Health, 3 follow-up video visits, appropriate home-based salivary testing, and discounted supplements. To take their symptom quiz and for more information, visit VytalHealth.com or call 855-998-4900.

When one asks the doctor about this because all of the symptoms are fulfilled. The reply is no because your electrolytes are ok and your BP is OK. This means (your symptoms don't matter).

Pregnenolone, 5-htp, lions main, lithium orotate and Mucuna is my go-to. I noticed a improvement in all symptoms in just a couple of days. Avoid excessive sugar, cut out hydrogenated oils and add olive oil. Meditation might help with the stress if need be.

It sounds like Hashimoto’s. It’s a simple blood test. Ask them to test for both hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s. I remember being as tired as you’re describing. Trying to get up to go to the bathroom and being sucked back into sleep over and over, dreaming I DID get up, only to find I was still in bed. It’s almost like sleep paralysis every morning. The hormone meds didn’t help much unfortunately but they DID help with that at least. And the feeling of constantly walking around like I’m under water and feeling of weighing twice what I actually did. Also the BEST thing you can do to help ALL the symptoms but especially fatty liver, is cut out sugar. Stevia and monk fruit agave are natural alternatives. Get up earlier and go to sleep an hour or so after a balanced dinner so you’re not up all night eating carbs. You HAVE to go to sleep hungry unfortunately but it’s the only to get rid of the fatty liver and lose weight. Plus walk as much as you can tolerate. Even if it’s inside your house. Listening to music helps with that for me and once you’re in better shape you might even be able to jog a bit which once you’ve got yourself on a healthy routine you might find it gives you more energy to do other things. It’s a process. If at first you don’t succeed don’t go all out with eating! Just do the most you can every day, one day at a time. Best wishes to you and pray you feel better soon!
Other things to avoid are toxins like mould, rancid nuts, canola oil and processed foods. And avoid taking too much of anything that is hard on your liver.

Adrenal fatigue is an overly-reductive myth of deeper problems, that require a more holistic approach that only science backed medicine can offer. Alternative medicine is too reductive and simplistic to be of any use to anyone
