Im in the middle of installing this in my 2006 Forester XT. Here's a few notes so far: 1)make sure the add-a-fuse is oriented properly. I used fuse #14 and the hot side is on the bottom, therefore the pigtail needs to be oriented up. If not, if that fuse blows, it'll break the circuit to iWire relay. 2)the forester cargo cubby gets in the way of any of the convenient mounting locations so you have to get creative to mount it securely. I drilled a hole and made a bracket out of aluminum bar 3)if you're upgrading your pump and it didnt come with an install kit like the aem 340, make sure to buy an install kit that includes at least the rubber isolator. My OEM one disintegrated badly. I ended up buying a $15 fuel pump on Amazon that came with the isolator, new hose clamps, hose and those pre-filter retainers (i just chucked the pump it came with) 4)might as well replace the fuel filter if it's the original while you're in there
This video is super helpful with showing how to run the wires through the car to get to the fuel pump controller. However, I have an 04 STi, and just swapped out my OEM metal fuel hanger for a Radium dual pump hanger. I want to run dual Walbro 450s can your fuel pump controller kit do that without having to drill into Radiums Aluminum hanger? Do I have to instal the bypass on the Aluminum hanger or does the wiring kit for the dual pumps come already plug and play without having to drill into the Radium Aluminum hanger?

That correct. You do not need that wire. Clip it short to the connector.
I cant wait! Im going to put this in my car this weekend!
i have a question the fuel pump wiring that sits in the tank. What type of insulation is that made of? is it Teflon/ PTFE or is it something else/
It's ETFE since we use Tefzel for the wire and the extra sleeve is Raychem DR-25.

The second pump is run on an on/off switch. Surge tank would be completely different wiring than this kit.
