Quick Grounding Exercise That You Can Do at Anytime

- Hey y'all! Today's video is a QUICK GROUNDING EXERCISE. I got the inspiration from this grounding technique from a book that was recommended to me by one of my subscribers called "Thorsons Way of Chakras" by Caroline Shola Arewa, which I REALLY enjoyed. I can't remember who the subscriber was who suggested it but THANK YOU SO MUCH! It's a great read and it's written by a woman of color. This exercise if meant to help you feel grounded and rooted and connected with the Earth, bringing you back to the present moment. I left out music, so you will hear the sounds of the environment, hopefully it's not super disturbing, but it can help you to get practice in tuning out distractions. You can do this practice virtually anywhere, if you're in a space where you aren't comfortable closing your eyes, just have a soft gaze or lower your gaze.
