40HP Methanol Mini Bike First Rip! World’s Fastest Mini Bike Build Pt. 2

- Опубликовано: 3 окт 2023
- Our stretched Mega Moto 80/105 mini bike is looking awesome, and it's ready for test passes at a drag strip! We install a steering damper, finish mounting the fairing, build a seat, and test drive our "world's fastest mini bike" in the yard, before getting a surprise tropical storm that ruined our test day! The methanol burning Tillotson 236cc is a monster, we're told it'll rev out to 11,000 RPM, and makes peak power of 39 horsepower at 10,200 RPM.
Thanks for Watching!

We're having to improvise, adapt, and overcome on this one!
Right.... wise words from Richard Hammond. 😂
All part of the fun 🎉
Hey John and Isaac that looks like a miniature sports bike😊
Check your tire/fender clearance...
You don’t need a chain gard if your chain is going it snap then there shit chains
Gentlemen, that Bike is your best work, to date. Be safe on it.
This has gotta be the best looking mini bike you guys have built yet!
Thanks bro!
Agreed! That front wheel... wow!
@@gerekappo It looks really good!🏍
Sorry to hear Ike's home and guarage was flooded. Having gone through this myself, I know how he feels. God bless you guys!
I'm hoping this series will get you guys out there and you can progress your channel even more bros! Keep going!
This is just one of many builds that CarsAndCameras capability shines through. Thanks for the great videos.
I love the looks of this mini-moto speedster. Super clean and tight.
I love the look of this bike. Looks kind of like a mini cafe racer
Sorry about the flood damage, Ike. Nice paint and assembly montage, Charles.
Ike I'm so sorry about that flood BS. I hate when bad stuff happens to good men. Stay strong, buddy 💪🏽
Yall should go over the bike really good to check for safety issues getting rained out 2 times might be a hint.
You guys could be super heros, traveling the world with fast mini bikes solving droughts!
Bike turned out awesome! That's a gem. I hope Ike didn't lose too much over there and it'll be fine. Good job guys.
Outstanding looking bike, and that engine sounds real healthy. Great job on the stretch too
One of the best styled bikes you guys have made.
watching a true master at work well done Charles you sir are a legend
Charles is like the modern mechanic , Ike is old school experienced guy . John is the engineering and CEO. WHEN does the custom builds start for customers ?
John is the Knucklehead, prolly deals with the phones and guys @ GPS or editing of videos. NO Disrespect
Gotta say, the Sidewinder has been my favorite bike, but this one tops it. That thing is gorgeous, and really needs a name. Nice work gentlemen!
The bike looks incredible. The weather can be brutal but C&C will persevere.
You guys are killing it once again!! Can't wait to see you break the record!
That look of defeat from Isaac when he had to leave his property hurt my heart. Hopefully it’ll be fine…
Not the first time it's flooded. Actually it's the 3rd time this year mine flooded
I live here in NC as well and when we get a lot of rain all the rivers just flood it’s terrible. Every time I get a hurricane people just started leaving these areas and selling their house is because of it.
Hi Guys I know you folks always put safety first, wanting to hit your projected top speeds and being canceled twice! Just thinking out loud here do you think maybe there’s a message being sent to slow down and have fun other ways. I really enjoy watching the three of you guys work and challenge each other with all your skill at speed these bikes are designed to handle. Hate like hell to see one of you guys get hurt bad trying to prove something that really means? “ WHAT “
I’m a speed nut and live for anything with an engine on it!!! Check those bikes your using for higher speeds many times. And test on the same type of surface you will be going balls to the wall on not dirt and grass. Compression rate on each front fork should be measured as well, make sure the triple tree is square when being tightened to the forks it’s important guys. Damping the steering is good but a speed wobble sucks on a small bike. I too race and build for fun
And have gone down. Just check everything on your machines at least twice.
Just stay as safe as you can gentlemen
Cheers Doug from Canada.
I haven't watched yall in a little while and the first thing I've noticed is the overall quality of production. Video and the editing looks like yall really stepped your game up since the last time I watched. Very nice fellas. Not to mention the bike looks 👌🏾
I love the genuine friendship y’all have a wish I had that kind of friendship with my friends. Y’all are blessed. charles nickname should be tack-it
I hate to do this. "Takin' a kid in a toy store and then takin' 'em out." I just about filled my "Depends"! 🤣😂😳 Kudos, Charles!
Love the content and I'm happy I found the channel, y'all have reignited an old hobby at my house, just finished up a spider box like y'all used to have, and dropped a 459 predator pushing a 40 series TC last night first ride will happen today hopefully but it'll have to wait until I finish this episode. A minibike is my next project and I want to use a modded 420cc probably won't be quite the same level but it'll be quick. Regardless thanks for the motivation and great content!
You 3 mad scientists have built quite the monster.
Would you guys ever do customer builds. That mega moto looks awesome stretched.
Dang sorry about that rain, Ike keep your head up Brother! Y’all I love the videos y’all put out! Hope you guys come out of this on top!
That's the best looking thing you guys have done. Outstanding!
you guys are the reason why i got into mini bikes
I agree with the engineering on the stretch. It looks good to go Ike. Good job on the paint and reassembly Charles. The decals were a really nice touch.
Charles is a real asset to the crew. You are lucky to have him. Keep killing it man!
WOW,, you guys did a great job on the bike. Can't wait to see it rolling down the track.👌🇺🇸🤘👍🔥🔥🔥🔥
On Aircraft when installing rod ends like you have on the dampener it is advised to install a fender washer at the rod end in case of a rod end failure. It will hold things together and not allow it all to fall apart!
Cars and cameras .My favourite you tube channel by a mile
Right on Charles you have always been my favorite fabricator.
just like to say ike man i hope you didnt lose to much brother and hope all is well sorry the water got you . i love this build the power to weight ratio is insane hang on tight and bring some extra undees you going to need them lol . keep up the great work guys .
The bike's Awesome! The paint looks really good ,and sets the bike off perfectly.Ike:I hope there's not too much damage and you can get it all set right soon.
Yeehaw this looks like a ton of fun!
I like Ike's haircut. The Dutch boy haircut was popular back in the 60s. Ike is making it work.
The proportions are spot on, nice guys.
I’ll be at the track tomorrow I’m super excited to see y’all and prayers for a speedy recovery from the flooding!!
westport here
i wanted to thank you for actually doing some thing with and object that you have built.
just putting something together and going tada is not people want. i mean most anyone can put crap together. but to put to the test. you got my interest.
Wow. John knows about "death wobble". Scary stuff. I'm not surprised. After all, John is an Engineer.
YOU GUYS FREEKEN NAIL IT WITH THIS ONE!
SHE LOOKS SO FREEKING GOOD.
I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT BIKE.
SHE HAS A PERFECT STANCE!!! ✌
This probably has to be one of the best looking mini bikes you guys built!
Right on John you have always been my favorite logistics pro.
It's mother nature's way of saying triple check everything and to make sure all safety procedures are in place
Love the finish touches it looks great
Love this little bike! In January 1907 Glenn Curtis set an unofficial speed record of 136.36 mph on his hand made motorcycle using a 40Hp V-8 engine that he also built...so you guys are definitely standing on the shoulders of giants! Good luck guys.
Right on Ike you have always been my favorite fabricator
Awesome build guys yall got it made keep it up!!
Absolutely a beautiful build keep up the great work!
6mm plate for the chain guard, you guy's love making things heavy
That’s a monster ! Love it guys !
This thing looks and sounds incredibly cool
That looks like a mini Bobber, visually it just works!
Should have got a tank from the master Brad bill. He makes the best minibike tanks in the game
Special affects ,good job John .
Oh god this definitely what I needed right now bro. I’m fixing to put my reinforced 236 stroker together here within a week or so depending on parts shipping from GPS. As far as i know I’m the first or one of the first people building this specific bike that I just got. Spend a G on a nice bike and tear it down to make it Super bad. So the MUDSTAR 200 is getting 4” higher suspension all around, hydraulic breaks, 236 with GPS 285 cam with built head and billet ratio rockers w/24mm flat slide… #420 chain and sprocket with a god blessed JUGG-A -VERTER should be epic. More to come but I already spent 3K on this project and she’s not even done yet so time will be my friend on this one otherwise I’ll go broke if I let myself 😂😂
WOW guys, shame about the weather and hope everything is okay but man... the bike looks amazing the frame mods look premium. I would love to have this bike and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Keep up the great work! 😁👍
Loved the transition of the clutch guard. Funny but good editing. Haha
It looks fantastic. Good job boys
Shake n bake! Y’all got this!
Love the build. The fairing reminds me of the very first terminator movie with the bike Arnold drove around. I think this bike should be named TERMINATOR 2.OH.👊👍👍
Beautiful mini, heck yeah !
Looks so awesome!!!
I normally skip the minibike content because I'm not into them, but the proportions on this one are sweet.
That thing is sick looking great job boys!
Good vibes sent out to all you guys, Ike in particular. Hope everything is ok and nothing got damaged beyond repair. Glad to see you are all safe!
This bike looks amazing
Can hardly wait to see this bike run.
Awsome looking bike!!! Good job guys
The rear fender looks super dope
Great video, really bummed about the unfortunate news about Ike and his flood damage. I will be praying for you all. See you in the next one.
Great bike! Very fast! Be safe when you ride! (120 mph)
Good job Charles 👍!
great stuff guys thanks
Sweet looking mini bike
Just love that costom 🔗 chane guard and seat 💺 gave me 💡 ideas on my own. Next project 😃
Bike looks fantastic and I hope Ike's place is alright. My thoughts are with him. I'm sure the Cars and Cameras community will step up if he needs anything. Regards, Chas x
this looks so good. great work guys
Keep trying this thing looks sick!
I think the front fairing needs a shot of black paint. Yall have really stepped up the build quality! Ive been watching every episode since your very first video at your parents place! Lots of big leaps in quality!
Ive already posted 2 or 3 times but one more thing boys...very good cinematography on this episode!
Done well and y'all just keep getting better and better!
Love y'all, and sorry for the water rising Ike. Can't imagine watching that happen but i know you are tough and will get thru it all.
Awesome ant wait to see it run.
That bike is freakin sweet!! Can’t wait to see how fast it goes!!
This bike looks fire 🔥

This thing is awesome good job
that thing looks super fun
Anyone else getting Toecutter vibes from this build, mate!
Yins guys got to do what you gotta do. Keep up the great work
That thing is TOTALY BAD ASSS! On a sadder note so very sorry about the flooding.
Damn, the flood waters really made a mess, I hope Ike didn’t lose too much!
Moorsville definitely allows mini bikes they run all the time, this Thursday will be the only Thursday I won’t be there😭😭 hate ima miss you guy but can’t wait to see the video ❤️
I like the bike builds the most
Great job boys! Another bad ass video!
‘We got some rubbin’ goin on but we just gonn’ send it!” (Paraphrasing here)
Also: Damn that bike is beautiful! Such a raw powerhouse…
Looks badass!
