I was just going to say the same! The whole trip from Alaska to Argentina sometimes had criminally low views seeing how much time and effort went into them.
So one “Idiot in pain” sets a premier. They say misery likes company so you keeping us waiting keeps us in pain too. Well played Mr March, well played. Often solo, never alone!
As a native Utahn, this looks like an amazing and difficult trek.! I've been on so many of the roads you were on, or very near them... especially our west Desert. So rare to see someone who has been to Kelton for example. Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
I gotta say, this is a lot better than I expected. Liked and subbed. As someone from Moab, I approve of this man's undeniably moronic yet somehow very relaxed and fun quest.
With as much bouncing around as you were experiencing, and as dry as it was in the desert, I REALLY hope you unstrapped your fuel tanks and placed them on the concrete while you filled them! I learned this the hard way when overlanding in an ATV/side-by-side. We had main and aux tanks strapped down to floor of the cargo area or wherever we could along the chassis and role cage (much like you) and between the hot dry weather, the constant shaking/bouncing around and the vinyl materials that were used to make the fuel container, the injection molded plastic body panels of the ATV, along with all the synthetic nylon/rayon of the backpacks, tents, riding clothes, etc, we were essentially a giant static electricity generator! And we had built up QUITE a lot of static charge along our journey! We started filling up the tanks, and when my riding mate when to put the fuel nozzle into the 3rd (and largest) empty fuel jug, a huge amount of static electricity jumped from the neck of the gas can to the metal fuel pump nozzle, and the giant, hot, cloud of fuel vapor that has formed inside the empty 5 gal gas can ignited! It blew the entire gas can to SHREDS, and it ignited the fuel that was dripping out the end of the nozzle and had flew everywhere and landed on the ATV, all over our backpacks, my buddies riding clothes there he was wearing, etc! He was engulfed in flames! Luckily he was wearing his riding clothes, which offered a small amount of protection from the open flames, and his helmet protected his head! And a local 4x4 guy had a big extinguisher inside his truck and he had it wide open and turned onto my buddy in seconds! And when he was satisfied that my buddy was out he he turned it on our ATV, so we suffered minimal damage thank God! Lesson learned! Always fill your fuel cans on the ground, not while inside a vehicle or sitting in a bed of a truck!
I have the attention span of a very small child who's had a sugar overdose. I watched this from start to finish...! Love it. Reach out to some of these companies that sell the portable power stations, they are small enough to strap on the back of the Jeep. The 1000W 35Ah ones would last you the whole trip I reckon.

I live near DC and the money is too good for me to seriously consider leaving, but I have to admit I'm sorely tempted to fuck off to the middle of nowhere and just do fun stuff for the next few decades. At age 40, with a family to raise, life is serious all day every day with no breaks.
It's incredible how he used those drones while driving and showing his adventure on the road
As one of the 2.3%, it boggles one's mind that so few girls are entertained by this brilliant storytelling. Loved the song, laughed A LOT. Can't wait for the next edit!
It boggles me as well that there are so few girls. Makes me quite sad so few girls enjoy car-related things.
Joining in on the rare double x chromosome team

Ed March! We were worried about you, hadn’t heard anything in a while. Then you randomly show up on a couple of episodes of Itchy Boots and make me jump out of my seat! Now, driving across Utah in a mini Jeep! Glad to see things are going well for you! Can’t wait to see this series
love itchy boots
Caught him on itchy boots too.
I feel a connection as met her in Diani when she was in Kenya.
I knew there was a RUclips youniverse when they met.
I’m glad he threw in the Father Ted clip. That was my favorite show watch when I was stationed at Mildenhall.
I lived in and traveled much of Utah. You winged this incredibly well. Can't wait for the next segment!
It's awesome to see ed finally getting the views he deserves
I was just going to say the same! The whole trip from Alaska to Argentina sometimes had criminally low views seeing how much time and effort went into them.
and the 2nd part getting more views than the first?
It pains me he doesn’t get ad money despite having 4 million views already.
@@kraenk12 its been 6 or 7 weeks since the last one bit long of a gap
So one “Idiot in pain” sets a premier. They say misery likes company so you keeping us waiting keeps us in pain too. Well played Mr March, well played. Often solo, never alone!
As a native Utahn, this looks like an amazing and difficult trek.! I've been on so many of the roads you were on, or very near them... especially our west Desert. So rare to see someone who has been to Kelton for example. Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
Does anybody else periodically check the comments just to make sure Ed hasn't been missing too long?
No rush on new vids. Glad you're safe friend.
Yep all the time 😂
I love the soft pitches for manufacturer gear donations. You should get a letter posted and have everyone send it to the manufacturers!
Top shelf, Ed. We watched the premiere and loved it. ❤ Great shots. Great editing.
JEREMY!!!! *calms down* Thank you.
This is so awesome! You're the living proof there are still real adventurers around!
YOU FELL IN LOVE😂😂😂 WE CRIED WHEN THAT HEART POPPED UP 🎉 THANKS FOR THAT. HILARIOUS
I don’t know how I’ve missed your journey for the past decade but I’m glad this Utah trip helped me find you. Now I’ve watched the whole Alaska to Argentina trip and ordered your previous trip and can’t wait to watch it! Can’t wait to see the rest of the trip!
I live here in Utah and respect you for playing with you-rlife in those areas where we never-ever-ever go living here. Thank You for this it made for a good conversation with my 12 year old on how reliable those tiny Jeeps are...I will now have to purchase one against my will lol
Epic adventure as always. Ed's pain isn't wasted, it's a worthy sacrifice for his fans.
That was insane, I would be freaking out when it did not start.
Thanks for taking the time to film and narrate this so well! Great series!
Thank you very much. I do these trips for my own enjoyment, but I take the extra time to film and edit it for you guys, and 2.3% girls.
❤
It's funny: with other channels I'd be judging this as an artificial cliffhanger.
But this is Ed, I'm happy to wait another day, as I'm sure it'll be worth it. Thanks for the joyful videos you keep making, were waiting in happy anticipation for the next one!
Yeah this is just a genuine cockup haha
i said the exact same thing to my friend that i introduced to the channel. i told him "you gotta just give him time, its worth it."
@@c90adventures im sure you could definitely use the time off to recover from this shitfest anyways

I like how friendly and positive the yanks are . Great video mate .
Everybody every where in North America man or woman can be subject of your damn charm
Women may live longer than men, but we sure as hell have a lot of fun in our short lives! Best video I’ve ever seen.

Your humor is spot on.
Great vlog!

This is so wholesome. Love your personality and attitude. Everyone around you seems so happy and genuine.
I thought I was a bit of an adventurer myself, but after watching ALL of your videos, I can't hold a candle to you, kind sir. This is my favuorite channel and you will be my first (and probably the only) RUclipsr to whom I will gladly contribute. Best wishes from Slowenia.
Honestly the pop up tent folding ability was very impressive
Thanks for including father Ted 3:36 in the video- this Rocks! Great video
16:22 this is why duck tape and bailing wire are an essential part of an adventure toolkit...if it can keep tractors and combines going, it can keep anything going. Best of luck on you adventures.
Duck tape 😂.
Oh yes please go to Home Depot and ask for some "duck tape".
Your videos make US giggle ED. I'm watching at 4am as I want to finish it before heading out to work. Brother, stay reasonably unsafe and keep doing what we couldn't.
So glad i came across your channel due to the youtube algorithm. Watched your whole trip from Alaska to Argentina and was amazed. It finally made me realized what I wanted to do. I'm 29 and I haven't lived at all. I have my eyes on a honda trail 125. So hopefully I'll be licensed and start driving In The spring. I don't think I'll ever be able to take trips as long as yours due to work, but as a guy living in northern michigan I could go in either direction(excluding the lakes for course) so thank you Ed for your humor and making me realize what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing. Can't wait for more episodes. Take care man and safe travels!
@26:48 i can LITERALLY feel the vibration in my legs as i watch this 😂 it almost irritated me to were i thought about skipping 10secs😂 dope video man!!
I love that Ed is not only brilliantly funny, but also a solid cinematographer, and a fantastic editor! These videos never cease to keep me entertained and brighten my mood, in a world full of stale media and sadness.
one of the 2.3% of girls here! I haven't laughed this much in a long long time. These recent videos are great. Your humor, your ingenuity, and sense of adventure is incredibly inspiring. Take care, I look forward to the next installment ^^!
What you are undertaking is in the spirit of a true adventure, using only basic equipment. Really enjoying your video clips. Stay safe and have lots of fun. 😀
Those NOCO boost jumpstarters are gold for this sort of adventurtainment. Very compact.

Salute to you sir❤
I’ve done some silly adventures, but this is next level torture. Cannot wait till the next episode 😂
I was already impressed with your ability to record your adventure while riding the fisher price mobile but then you threw in the drone shots. Seriously well done, this is a great video!

The child in me would totally do this, the old man in my back feels so bad for you. Excellent video brother, you have gained a subscriber simply due to your positive outlook through all of the pain and suffering you endured to bring smiles to our faces.
I'm glad there are people out there who will figure out if the mini jeep will make it to Moab.
Right? He was sent from God😳
An extraordinary journey, and was a delight to watch. Thank you for posting this video. There aren't many videos like this one out there. The train scene was awesome, and the view of the mountain blew my mind. The grand scale of this video was astonishing

A gold star for the RUclips recommendations, this was a banger! Loved the editing and the quirks of the adventure. I don't have a pair of motorcycle pants for you, but I'll give you a like and subscription :).
