IT in India, seems to have "settled down". There was a sort of, "Chalta hai" thing earlier on. It seems that sentiment has been put paid to.
In other words, IT hirers are getting more businesslike, after the advent of both Covid and AI.
In hindsight, AI seems like the Covid of IT in many ways!

There is no real-time industrial tie-up projects at college/University/IT Coaching Centres level. So Job seekers are in confuse where exact to focus, deviated onto more skills to fill up CV fully and wasting time, money, opportunities

@@savinderpuri For the fresher candidates, including me I think freshers are overwhelmed as to which technology to learn like DevOps, AI/ML, MERN Stack, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud, etc.
For experienced candidates there are lot of candidates after COVID who are using FAKE experience, may be that's the reason the quality of candidates have dropped.
