There are no jobs available for freshers or those with less than 1 year of experience. Nowadays, IT job openings typically require a minimum of 3 years of experience, making it extremely challenging for individuals like me with only 1 and a half years of experience to find new opportunities. Many companies expect experienced candidates with 3+ years of experience, while those with less experience are often offered positions with minimal pay, sometimes even below 15k, and may be required to work night shifts. Bro I don't have much experience but I faced a similar situation two years ago and I made a bad decision. I chose MNC over startup which I regret. If you choose MNC they will choose technology your career will start with and mostly they will assign you to ERP,crm, applications where learning is comparatively less. But if your startup is working with a good technology and you are sure that you will work on that same technology don't overthink just choose start up. Because in MNC you won't have the option to choose the technology which will have a huge impact in your career ahead. In MNC you might have comfort at start but in the longer run choosing startup would be beneficial

Understand some basics and you can survive well in IT. It is still the most rewarding industry. But like every industry bottom of the pile will get laid off. Only differentiator for IT is someone who is at top today can be bottom of pile tomorrow. 1. Never get too comfortable in your current role. 2. If you can continue in your current role for a month without learning something new, you are on the way to being a dinosaur 3. Once you reach 10+ years of experience, getting a new job depends on one of three things : A. You are an expert in a technology B. The tool or technology you have experience in have more demand than supply C. You have a solid network or contacts who will refer you. 4. If you are not getting promoted atleast once every 4 years it is time to switch jobs. Keeping yourself relevant to get offers is your responsibility 5. Unless you are on the fast track in your current firm, switch jobs at 39 and then again switch at 49.

Sach baat hai bhai.. Mai mechanical se hu.. IT me jab mass hiring ho rahi thi tab mai panic tha kyonki mere pass koi knowledge nahi tha.. Course karne ke liye bhi paise nahi the... Maine mechanical se sath stick raha... Chhoti company me kam karta tha... Aaj india ki sabse badi aluminium company me hu.. MNC mil gaya... Agar IT me rheta to yeh nahi hota❤

One word to success engineering ❌
Chai wala✅
Sir I have a doubt actually I have 2 offers in my hand one is from tcs and another is from a small it company which is around 12 years old. Package at both is same 3.3 lpa. Which one should I go for?
Bro I don't have much experience but I faced a similar situation two years ago and I made a bad decision. I chose MNC over startup which I regret. If you choose MNC they will choose technology your career will start with and mostly they will assign you to ERP,crm, applications where learning is comparatively less. But if your startup is working with a good technology and you are sure that you will work on that same technology don't overthink just choose start up. Because in MNC you won't have the option to choose the technology which will have a huge impact in your career ahead. In MNC you might have comfort at start but in the longer run choosing startup would be beneficial
Are Bhai malum hai ki market badlega lekin kaise agar 10lakh log it cources karke job fundh rahe india mail sudhrake bhi 1lakh hiring hogi Aisa pakda tho 9 lakh kya kare. Dekhi it field khatam ho chuki hai business Karo aaj 10000 kamaoge lekin 2-3 sal bad business to pe hoga

Understand some basics and you can survive well in IT. It is still the most rewarding industry. But like every industry bottom of the pile will get laid off. Only differentiator for IT is someone who is at top today can be bottom of pile tomorrow.
1. Never get too comfortable in your current role.
2. If you can continue in your current role for a month without learning something new, you are on the way to being a dinosaur
3. Once you reach 10+ years of experience, getting a new job depends on one of three things :
A. You are an expert in a technology
B. The tool or technology you have experience in have more demand than supply
C. You have a solid network or contacts who will refer you.
4. If you are not getting promoted atleast once every 4 years it is time to switch jobs. Keeping yourself relevant to get offers is your responsibility
5. Unless you are on the fast track in your current firm, switch jobs at 39 and then again switch at 49.
This podcast will viral will get highest views

What's your take on such IT training institute who promises students and Non IT professionals that they will get guranteed job in IT if you join any course. Don't You think a lot of people burning there money to get job and what they get in there hand. either the job of 3 lpa or no job after investing a lot of money. what you will say for such people's struggles that they do in metro cities.
And One more Question is that
If anyone wants to switch there career into IT from Non- It field then What are the chances of getting placed in a good company or to get a work opportunity in IT. Please reply
My brother in law is at very high position and doing remote work, he take interview of candidates, he could have easily given me job, but i was not from it background and wanted to get it with fake candidate but then i look at the profile of candidates who come for job interview and most of them are from tier 1 colleges with to much talent, and i lost hope, i know that day it will never provide me stability in future, and i left that dream
2 years se jyda ka experience hai fir bhi call nhi aa rha hai😭

@@sameeraddi778 2020 brother. I was preparing for government jobs, basically for uniform services i.e. armed forces and delhi police. Meanwhile i was always in touch with my friends regarding IT market and jobs and at that time till mid of 2022 the hiring of freshers was increased in large numbers. During 2021, i thought that, there are large numbers of jobs for freshers and i decided to give one more year for my government exams. But this decision proved to be the worst decision of my life and i regret it today also.
