Let me tell you the solution to stopping them driving into (over) you.
Buy a couple of cheap old working bikes.. Weld on some steel-rods sticking out in some areas on the bike. And just let them try to drive over the bike instead of you...They don't give a shit about hurting people, but they care very much if they damages their cars. Money is King...
You are just standing there with a bicycle...If they chose to drive over a bicycle damaging their cars, then it is their own fault.

The blue Lada at 9:25 is quite possibly the most dangerous pavement-driving I've seen in nearly 500 videos. Pretty scary stuff and the activist did an impressive job under the circumstances (at least it's a nice low Lada not one of those ridiculous expensive barges, with a front like a barn door, that people drive around). Normally even the angry arrogant types don't hit people moving very fast.

Because emergency vehicles use the sidewalks. Not so much in places like in this video, but in places where traffic is a big problem and there’s no way to get around the bumper to bumper traffic. Also, in some areas trucks making deliveries to businesses are allowed to drive on the sidewalks. So, because of these reasons, they can’t do anything to permanently block the sidewalks.
