They actually started a whole new campaign, and it works really good, like every 40th car in Moscow is a tower with an expensive car in the back
wheel locks would just lock the car in a place they already want it moved from.
We have in here website where if you have evidence of violation you may upload photo or video and that is more than enough to get to the court room if you don`t wanna pay fines and fines sorry to say 10 times more expensive. 2000 ruble how about 40k to 80k ruble if no tow away involve. If they do get involve every day would cost approximately 5k. And how about license suspension for years and court hearing that quite expensive to get them back pay for the lawyer start about approximately 50k funny part you could not represent yourself lawyer needed.
Honestly, I think the world needs more of you people to help prevent stuff like this.

my god Russian cities are beautiful. Very clean and modern. I used to believe Russia was poor and far behind due to communism. I guess i was misinformed. Russia looks very modern and better than the cities I've seen in America.
You saw some of the richest areas of all of Russia, not just Moscow. Millionaires and billionaires go there. Travel 15 minutes and it turns to shit fast.

Can the average joe eventually work his way to prosperity in Russia even if he does not have any political or powerful connections? ps: I'm lost on Russia's political system. Are they not communist? if so how can blatant displays of wealth, such as fancy cars and clothes, be permitted? They've become a fascist state for the most part. You can move up in Russia but then you get a knock and either you co-operate/pay up or your business will be taken. I'm glad you guys don't discriminate. I will say if there is another way to deal with Law enforcement, maybe it would be better. Otherwise, these guys will probably not want to support you when it's time for them to do there job. Maybe you can build a relationship with their supervisors and they can show you and the public how they take corrective action.
They tried the other way. The other way clearly had the same (lack of) effect so what would you have them do?
They asked nicely but you must understand and agree that law enforcement is a very unique position. There can be very pressing issues that require immediate attention and or discretion. It's not always be so easy to discern when the officers are just being lazy or rebellious vs when there might be something so important that parking is last thing to worry about. It is something for the movement to sit down and talk about. Like I said, maybe they can arrange a way to report the incidents to a high ranking official who will review the evidence seriously and report back to the group and the public the circumstances and what corrective actions were taken. It's a delicate situation and there are no easy answers. I just would rather see law enforcement and this movement working together and NOT against each other.
