In Russia, if you have children, or you are in a hurry, or you need to park and don't want to walk for more than 10 meters, or you are a doctor, or you are going to the doctor, or you know 100 chechenians that will come on your call, or you are going to the airport, or you are going to take just five minutes, or your going to pick up your child, or "this is a driveway to my building", or you got a job "not like you, losers", and I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of good reasons to drive on a sidewalk. But in all those cases, you're allowed to. Probably by law. Or maybe not. I'm getting confused.

In Indonesia we placed few concrete barriers on both end of the walkways so that no Cars or motorbikes can enter through the pedestrian's walkways, but only the pedestrians can. But I respect what you are doing.
