That second photo was just perfect
thanks a lot!
Cool video! Getting the RB67 next week, but the original one fully serviced. Can't wait!
+Linus Kauppi awesome to hear! It’s a great camera
Beautiful series of photos, the image with the policemen and the last one with the skyline are my favourite of this video.
Nice work, subscribed.
thank you! we had fun in NY, glad you liked the images!
Every shot was absolutely insane. Hats off to you, these were stunning. Keep up the good work!
+Modern 35MM thank you so much!
Do you use a light meter app if so which one?
Edit: just saw another comment with the answer, thanks!
I've got an RB67. I'd have been interested in which lens you had mounted -- from the distances the video shows, it looks like a wide angle, 65 mm or 50 mm? I love the 50 mm on mine.
He mentions in another comment that it is the 65mm
yes exactly, the 65mm
Please, what camera is being used to film for this video?
Hi, what phone light meter app were you using?
Lux - apps.apple.com/us/app/lux-professional-light-meter-for-film-photography/id926139057
What I found about using a camera with a waist level finder is that you very quickly get into a habit of taking all your photos from a standing chest height because of the focussing magnifyer eye piece, it seems like the natural thing to do, for that reason I always carry my RB67 camera on tripod , the legs folded in but set at waist level height ready to quickly unfold and set up the shot, it takes seconds to do that and Im using a very steady tripod which is light, carbon legs, I just have this feeling that an RB on a tripod in available light is a bit crisper than hand held and I always feel like I want to be a bit lower than chest height as my default position, so I focus the camera and set up the framing I want but I generally look up at my subject rather than into the camera viewfinder when I fire the shutter, asking my subject to look directly into the lens , just a different way of working I guess.
Just subed...great work and great worl for the cameraman.
thank you! Drew hosted this one and Mike was the gimbal op!
Definitely the first photo of the best, three very nice guys, you would like to go for a beer with them. Btw. I will ask about the light meter application on mobile, what do you use?
Edit: just saw another comment with the answer, thanks!
You’re welcome!
Outstanding stuff. Great show. Love it. Remind me what lens you used?
Thanks again.
+Aristo Ioannidis thank you! I used the 65 f4.5!
@@FocalCollective Phenomenal! Great effort love your work. Just a suggestion, have you tried the Cinestill 800T in 120? Would love to see you in action.
+Aristo Ioannidis I haven’t tried it in 120 but did in 35! Will have to try the 120 soon
Fun video! Question: How were you metering for this?
Mondo Scott I used an app on my phone called Lux!

+Kerrenton Snow thanks man! Ya I love the versatility of it!
What is the make and model of your backpack ? I'm looking for one and yours looks very comfortable.
It's this one - amzn.to/30SF96I - made by Gitzo :)

Why wear torn jeans when u might have to kneel down?
I find people stupid who casually walk around with a great piece of equipment in their hand. Get a strap for it!
