It's easier if you find a font that's already connected. I just liked how that font looked. It's really cool when it's made with florescent htv, though.

@@silhouettesuccess got a tiny bit distracted in creative fabrica.."ohhh! Thats cute, gotta download that".... but got grunge loaded and worked site by side with your tutorial. So cool! It's just like filling with a photo, which no I've done many times, but it felt like I was doing something really new and I was so excited! Most difficult was at duplicating the offsets in neon, but man, so many great little tips like duplicating the "e" and using a bit of it to connect to the n. Thank you !

@@silhouettesuccess moi j avais encore la cameo4 pro et la cameo 4 plus..j utilise la silhouette depuis qu elle est sortie en Belgique la première fois en format A4 je pense qu il y a au moins 20 ans et je n ai jamais voulu d autres machines de decoupe( même si je les ai essayé pour comparer).puis aussi pour mes 60 ans j ai eu la xtool D1 pro que j utilise aussi pour couper le papier le bois et faire des gravures sur des carrelages..j adore vos vidéos encore merci
So fun but the dark pink outline didn’t come through on the small hole on the e in your last example.
Good eye! I realized that after I had uploaded the video. I should have just grabbed the center instead of grabbing both outlines and making a compound path. I can't get anything past you guys 😂😂

Use the shortcuts
One of the great things about the Silhouette software is that there's usually 3 different ways to access the different functions. In the videos I usually stick with what I'm used to because it flows better. Also, viewers can't see the shortcuts in the recording, and that tends to leave people confused unless I pop in frames showing a keyboard with arrows. In short, it's just not the most effective way for me to teach with the video format.
Do you have any idea on what is going on with Silhouette’s library and website? I haven’t been able to get my library to work for days.
They are rebuilding their website. From what I've gathered, they're switching hosts and everything, so it might be a while. I haven't heard when it will be complete.
Hi , I have tried to subtract from the word grunge. I am only using a normal background .all that I am getting is the word subtracted in the background and not actually left in the word. please help , what am I missing here .
Make sure that the word is filled with color and the grunge pattern is an actual cut file.
