5:55 I’m super glad they made the decision to allow full AP refunds versus losing a portion of points when refunding. It seriously encourages experimenting with new Eikon abilities (especially their ultra abilities with them being so expensive). I know it helped me go from where I probably would’ve kept a lot of the same abilities into late game… being able to try out different abilities in their upgraded form without risk really allowed me to experiment and find abilities and combos I enjoyed that were strong… in addition to switching between powerful builds/abilities for the sake of mixing up gameplay. Definitely really appreciated to the devs.
The rings are essentially accessibility options for people who struggle with playing action games. The devs don’t expect experienced gamers to equip them.

I know he says not to buy gear from the merchants because they can be crafted, but that's counterproductive because you end up using MORE crafting materials having the blacksmith make everything from scratch, and most of the time when you choose to do this, you don't have enough materials to upgrade your equipment once it's made, which makes you waste more time farming more materials with sub par gear. I'd rather have it all at +2 (which is max when not on NG+) when I upgrade so it's the strongest I have access to before I start the next story mission, thereby making it easier to burn down trash mobs and shorten boss fights
Bro, it’s already too late. We all already beat the game. Nothing was irreversible and it was a really easy game. You can literally take your skill points back and spend them where you want for free. There’s really no mistakes you can make.

I never read in game lore but I went through every single page at the lore guy. Combat is a bit too lengthy just mashing buttons over and over on the same enemy is boring. The three knights huddled together near the road at Caer Norent Glouriese Gate give 48 ap. You can get like 60 ap more there but just taking the knights out is the quickest. Just warp back to hideaway and go back to the gate repeatedly. I’m told it won’t be available late game though. I forget when. I haven’t gotten to the point in the game where is supposed to not be possible.
Kill the wind elementals in the Aery over and over. They give 40 per kill and get easier to kill the more learn their movement. Go all out on each fight and let your cooldowns recharge before you engage the next. Also, use Garudas feet at 50% shield to drop it for a few seconds.

stopped watching at 1:44 due to SPOILERS on screen. Don't even want to listen to it in the background because of that. The game came out yesterday and people are going to watch tips vids, why include spoilers in the b-roll to explain a combat mechanic they teach you at the start of the game...
There are no spoilers.. if you didn't know he gets all the Eikons powers, you are slow. The skill tree having empty spaces tells you from the beginning you will be getting everyone's powers by the end. The video doesn't show anything that has to do with the story other then you get everyone's powers but like I said the skill tree give that away.

It's Slow. It's a bad Mix. The tooks. The lengh and. Size of ffxiv cut scenes and mixed with action game style game play abd combat . Plus ad the fact. You are Forced into animation junp canceling to really get a nice combo is. Sad. The ract you can only ever play the MC sucks. In what is supose to ve. A 50 hour game only 18 hours is actually playable.............
Only mistake I made was buying the garbage they call Final Fantasy 16,should of never even sold as a rpg...its about a bad as a game I have ever played. 20 plus hours of cgi,a combat system so bad 👎 it felt like work rather than a game with spamming ability after ability, waiting on cool downs as it does no good to attack without them,monsters are HP sponges,its literally fight a few mobs then a boss then cgi,rinse and repeat,just a poor excuse for a Final Fantasy game,I thought 13 and 15 was bad ,but no this game is even worse as its not even a rpg.
