DISCLAIMER : METHOD 2 IS ALWAYS WORKS. But, you can't install any new driver for your laptop. ex. you have new external keyboard/mouse/flashdisk/hardisk, your laptop can’t detect that keyboard/flashdisk if you use method 2, unless you disable it (policy install new driver) again.

If your ctrl key get damaged or need to fix it, then you can use KeyTweak software to remap the key,,
Using this software you can change the key position to another key. Already I made some videos on Keyboard, key issues

I did no1 and it did not work then i did no2 and restarted after restart my inbuilt keyboard got disabled but my touchpad also got disabled and i tried to plug external keyboard but it is also not working please help i am not even able to login in because i have password 😥

Dude, normally it won't affect on touchpad settings, but if you want then you can reverse the methods.
Just try using mouse and virtual keyboard, when you open your pc, at the below right corner you will get the virtual keyboard along with power icon

Dude, kindly skip the installing another drive if that was not installed (which you are trying) also try again the other methods carefully. Hope your keyboard will be disabled. If not works then use external keyboard and take your laptop to local customer care
