    Happy Monday CRUSHED IT in 6 weeks Ill be 70 and if I didn't STARTED WORKING OUT over 38 years GO i DON'T THINK i WOULD BE DOING MOST OF THESE INTENSE WORKOUTS TODAY . i AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF . I will keep pushing on . have a great day

    Away from home again for a few days but being the dedicated sort I brought a selsction of weights and glut bands with me! No gym in the hotel so did the work out in our suite! really enjoyed it. Thanks Sydney. love my life.

    Amazing workout! ❤ No novelty moves, knew what muscles were supposed to be activated, science based, and I could feel the effects afterward. EFFECTIVE!

    1 cue you gave today totally changed the challenge of sit up! Activate the back of your legs fully like your heels are going through the floor and it keeps you from using hip flexors! I didn’t allow my heels to leave the floor and those sit-ups ended up burning like never before.🔥

    Another success full workout. It’s now time to work on fuelling proper and not undo what I’ve worked so hard during workouts. My goal is to achieve definition and surely I would see it if I would let go a bit more on the wine and get good nutrition.     Ouchie ouch! 😅 I’m so proud! I went up in weight for my hammer curls and reverse lunges 😊🎉 I can also hold the weight to my chest without moving it in the weighted sit ups! Thank you Sydney for always challenging us and making us believe in ourselves and that’s it’s ok to fail! 😅😊❤

    Great kick off to the week. I felt strong and was able to push up to 25lb for hammer curls. I got through 3 reps and had to go back to 20 but this is the first time I've been able to do 3 reps on each arm. My left is the weaker arm but I'll keep pushing onward. Make it a great week everyone.

    FLEX Level 2! 💪🔥I so excited for this superset week, and this workout was a great start! 👍Supersets give such an awesome bang for the buck. I loved how we flowed through each set, alternating with upper and lower. I came back to each exercise fresh and ready to WORK! My entire body is invigorated, and I'm ready to get to the rest of my day now! 😁

    I was exhausted at the end of this. I thought level 1 was hard but this level 2 upped it. Keep telling myself I can do it when I am holding heavy weights. Loved it and finished it.❤

    I definitely prefer when the ab work is peppered throughout the workout since my heart rate always drops into the basement with ab work (even weighted), otherwise a really great workout! This program has me dreaming of a deload week 😂🔥
