I was highly skeptical about Red light therapy... until i tried it. Now i know... it's one of the best things I can do for myself... i had severe injuries that were making it hard to do normal things and now the pain is minimal. It's probably not a cure but it's definitely a good treatment. Thank goodness and science.

I can attest to the effectiveness of red light; when I visited Amsterdam, all the girls in the red light district were super slim.

My doctor says that my city actually has a red light district and that they are open in the evening hours. All I have to do is go downtown to the right neighborhood and visit a building with a red light in the window! I can just ask to try out red light therapy myself!

I’m interested in buying one but I have thyroid nodules and I want to know how it will affect the tumors since red light can excite the cells in the body. Will it shrinks the tumors or makes them grow more?

I’d call them. Studies show this therapy heals cancers but I don’t know about your type.

I have fatty tumors and the use of red light therapy had caused them to shrink! I have a Joovv system cause three miles to disappear, open my sinuses. Healed my mouth from extensive dental surgery, helped my arthritic knee and made my skin glow! Best purchase I ever made!

Definitely talk to a doctor about this, if they say something dumb, get a different doctor. Don't trust every doctor many are just good at following instructions thus were able to muster a PhD

This is hilarious - we're not plants, we can't photosynthesize. Animals do not convert solar energy to energy in our bodies.

I’ve personally seen red light therapy significantly improve wrinkles in women. It has also been proven to induce collagen synthesis. There are several reputable and reliable studies if you wish to read it for yourself. The only catch is that you need to find a quality machine that is usually only available to medical professionals. If you tried it, there’s a good chance it could help reduce the severity of your downturned corners of your mouth. 😊

@@ruthie_rosario My concerns are the possibility that the observed increase in energy from light therapy, may, be being incorrectly assumed as, the light therapy being responsible for increasing the energy. If the light therapy is responsible for reducing the energy consumption/use/expenditure then an increase in energy would also be observable.
As with the famous bath with a hole and a running tap, turning the tap on more, or reducing the size of the hole, both have the same effect, of increasing the water level.
Is light therapy really increasing the flow from the tap, or could it be that it is reducing the size of the hole?

Check out a RUclips video by Dr. Eric Berg "The MOST POWERFUL Antioxidant is Melatonin, NOT Glutathione" he cites a lot of different studies that you can check out if you are interested about the positive effects or benefits of red light therapy.
