i have done several types of stem cell treatments, (my own blood stem cells, my own bone marrow cells, umbilical cells and placental cells), in my spine and hips. as a 60 year old former body builder , i can tell you it worked every time and i am back in the gym after not being able to work out at all. my L5-S1, hips and cervical spine have all been treated and my xrays confirmed the results of all the procedures. i also have used stem cells in my face to improve the elasticity and reduce wrinkles that also worked very well as witnessed by my before and after photos.
I went to dreambody after watching this video and doing a bunch of research. I was in a ton of pain and was getting dropped to my knees about 10 times a day. It has been about 4 months and my pain is drastically reduced and I have not been dropped because of the pain since the stem cell treatment. I will be getting a new mri in a month or so to compare them. Deff worth looking into if you are in pain.
I had my entire spine done at Dream Body clinic in mid December 2023 and like you I didn't have any real pain going into the treatment I was looking to better my spine by decreasing arthritis bulging discs and one herniated disc in the neck. Now I'm interested enough to get another MRI like you in 6 months and see how that herniated disc in my neck looks. Thanks for posting your amazing results.
It's great that you have success with this treatment. However you had to go the Mexico - not the USA to get it. There are stem cell therapies in our community, BUT health insurance does NOT pay for these procedures. YOU are now in a great position to fight for the folks who can not afford to pay out of pocket for stem cell therapy and advocate for the healthcare system to cover these treatments with medicare and other health insurances. It has been said that BIG Pharma will fight this not to be covered. Please use your influence to help insurances, FDA and CDC to accept this treatment and pay for it. Thanks
The answer is easy Money You need expensive tests to get each treatment approved. Costing hundreds of millions of dollars and you can’t patent it so it’s all about money That’s why the medical industry doesn’t want it Remember that there is no money in the cure only in the medicine
I’m not sure he has enough influence, big Pharma and the medical industry would lose billions if not trillions from selling drugs and from replacing joints hopefully it will come to the US sooner than later
You're absolutely right! I don't have enough influence to change the way those institutions do business. I make these videos to share my experience and show people what's possible with regenerative medicine. Hopefully, it helps increase awareness and leads to more people demanding these types of treatment options in the US. With enough demand from the people, policy can change.
Yes, stem cell therapy is available - in a pretty limited capacity - in the USA. It is very tightly regulated and there are not a lot of treatment options (when compared to other countries). The problem is that stem cell research and therapeutic application was limited for so long in the USA that the whole country fell behind the power curve. While that was going on countries throughout Latin America were using and advancing these kinds of treatments.
Kudos for sharing your proactive/holistic approach to health! Your voice in the U.S. needs to be heard to silence Big Pharma, Big Insurance and Lil' FDA😢
You're most welcome! Right now I plan to continue with my rehab. The stem cells I received will remain active in my body for a few more months and I want to make sure I get everything I can from my treatment. Cheers!
Great video. I appreciate your thorough explanations and data driven results. I've read conflicting articles on results (outside the US) for people that are a bit older-approaching 60. Do you have any sources or more definitive results if this would work for those who are older? Thanks for your help.
Amazing results doctor. I'm surprised you had increased disc height and some disc hydration because I have been told that its not possible to restore mechanical structure. Do you think combining this with other modalities would give even better results like red light therapy and disc decompression table? Thanks
Nice video, and congratulations on your recovery. May I ask if the stem cells were put into the muscles around the spine or the facet joints? I was told that injections into muscles around the lower spine are also effective.
Great series of videos! Any chance you might consider another MRI of the target area to show if the results were sustained or possibly even continued to improve?
I was waiting for this update! Great video and the results are pretty damn impressive. How long after your stem cell procedure did you wait before working out again?
Awesome to see this treatment helped you so much. Did the doctor guide the stem cells via imaging or just inject normally? Have you had any follow-ups since this video to determine if the degree of spondylolisthesis slippage and the pars defect has improved?
Thanks! The injections were intramuscular so fluoroscopic guidance was not needed. You can see the treatment footage here: ruclips.net/video/vBRXeRpiUZQ/видео.html. I had a pre-treatment MRI and a follow-up 6 months later. But, I have not had any more imaging. My spondy was originally diagnosed in 2003, and since it was not present in either of my MRIs 20 years later - it's quite reasonable to conclude that the segment is stable.
Just want to make sure, but is there at all any chance that the doctor showed a slightly different cross section in the before and after pictures either by mistake or otherwise? Thanks for shareing the news about that treatment.
Thanks for asking. To be clear, both MRI's were performed by an independent imaging center and I have the full report and all images. The slices from the before and after MRIs are not an exact match. Those two MRIs were taken 6 months apart. It would be incredibly difficult to get identical imaging in subsequent studies. However, I did my absolute best to select the two slices that line up the best - this is evident by the tissues that are in focus and those that are out of focus. Not sure what your background is in reading imaging studies but if you look at the appearance of the vertebral bodies and which spinous processes are in focus, that should be clear.
Hi Yoni This was the video I was waiting for you to put up… I am already in dialogue with Josh for 100 mill iv but being 50 years old the back hurts like hell so the extra cost is worth trying.. I think you still have more to gain from the stem cells if you continue with the program you talking about. I will also add that too my to do list when I have had my treatment at DBC… Best of luck going forward with this. Btw check out the video DBC posted on your visit.. You can see on the angel of filming that you may need another stem cell treatment 😊 My shit is gone but you can still save yours..
Thanks so much! I agree, the window of opportunity from my treatment will stay open for a few more months and I plan to keep up with my rehab program throughout that time. Best of luck to you with your upcoming treatment!
It seems to me like you're comparing different layers of MRI scan, i can tell it from how slightly different the internal organs and the part of the spine to the right of the spinal cord look on these two scans. What do you think?
The slices from the before and after MRIs were not an exact match. Those two MRIs were taken 6 months apart. It would be pretty hard to get identical imaging in subsequent studies. However, I did my absolute best to select the two slices that line up the best - this is evident by the tissues that are in focus and those that are out of focus. Thank you for posting. I may be going to Dream Body clinic in a month for shoulder. Someone ran into me on a skiing hill from behind and destroyed my shoulder. Regarding this particular video, I send it to a good friend of mine and here is his reaction: "I watched all of these videos. The before and after is misleading🤣 Of course only a Radiologist would be able to know. They are fooling the people as these are sagittal images of the lower lumbar spine. However, they are not comparing image to image. The before is a cut through the lumbar spine sagittally just off center. Where the after image is midline. You cannot compare these and make accurate comparable measurements🤣 I have probably read 100,000 MRIs. This guy has been fooled to think there's a change in degeneration. There is no change from before and after. IV and low back intramuscular mesenchymal stem cell injection is questionable. This case proves it. However, I would be interested in seeing a before and after with the injection being performed directly into the degenerated disc. That would be interesting to see. I do feel that the therapy could be helpful for direct injection into a shoulder or knee joint. It would also be interesting to see before and after images."
You're most welcome! Regarding your friend's comment - The slices from the before and after MRIs were not an exact match. Those two MRIs were taken 6 months apart - I'm sure that he/she knows how difficult it is to get identical imaging in subsequent studies. However, I did my absolute best to select the two slices that line up the best (btw both of the images are exactly 1 cut off midline) - this is evident by the tissues that are in focus and those that are out of focus. It's also interesting to me that he/she simultaneously claims that these two images cannot be used to make "accurate comparable measurements "and yet this person emphatically states "that there is no change from before and after". So, by his/her logic, I can't use the images to say that there was a change - but somehow they can use them to that there wasn't. That seems strange to me.
@@painfixprotocol : First of all, I am not a physician, I am software developer. I do have several friends who are physicians (different specialties), so when I am in doubt, I ask for their assistance. This was one of these cases - this video made sense to me, so I asked my friend if it actually made sense to him and I quoted here his reply verbatim. I completely agree with you, that even if slices are different distance off-center, we cannot conclude that they prove something - we can only conclude that they don't prove the success of the treatment. The rest I cannot judge since I don't have any expertise in reading MRIs. I was hoping you would reply to clarify this for me, since you've got a lot of great videos including very unique interviews with Josh about stem cell therapy that I am interested in due to a skiing accident 4 months ago and you come across as an honest individual who is not afraid to ask some tough questions and not pushing any hidden agenda. There is a lot of misinformation about this treatment including using some very well known athletes (sort of "I had a completely torn rotator calf tendon, did one treatment with stem cells and 2 weeks later MRI showed that my ripped tendon was completely healed"). It is very unfortunate, since it is giving bad name to very promising field of medicine. Please do not take it personally - you are doing a ton for this community, the amount of likes under your videos are a proof to it and I personally am very grateful to you for everything you do.
yes I'd like to see completed video details about recovery, my specific most troublesome issue is shoulders, i have been dealing with discomfort and pain for about 10 years only to find recently 2 torn rotator cuff partial tears. so being a person to look for a natural way i am looking into stem cell for a cure.

Great video. I want to go. Too bad for me I just had spinal fusion at L5 S1 for a similar injury, but my spine was way more offset at the bottom. But this was very informative. I'm definitely going there now. Glad it helped you!!!
Hi Yoni, just watching your video, i was watching your posture and it seems to me that you tend to shift your weight/hip to one side. I'm not sure if that may help with your long term recovery, but i hope so!
Thanks for your concern, Cindy! I suspect what your seeing there is mostly due to distortion from the wide-angle camera lens and me standing to side of the frame.
Hi Dr Yoni, with the MSC stem cell therapy and PRP that you did, how were the millions of knee stem cells using Umbulical Cord Placenta - is this medically safe as it's not from your own body adipose or bone marrow MSC stem cells ? What are the risks of rejection and infection ? Please advise.
Good question. I'm not sure if stem cells have been shown to be effective for stenosis. There was an announcement for a study on this topic last year, but to my knowledge, the results have not been published yet. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36731929/
Hi Yoni, I’m a 23 year old power lifter with lower back pain and sciatica like symptoms. After doing an X-ray with an orthopedic surgeon, he pointed out I had loss of disc height on my L5-S1 IVD, which matches my pain symptoms and points to a possible herniation. He told me recovery of disc height is not possible and all clinical studies and papers I’ve looked over back up that statement. Did you take the MRI during the same time of day as the pre treatment MRI? I am considering this type of treatment and would like to know your thoughts, thanks.
It's a good question, Joe. Yes. My MRIs were taken at the same time of day. Keep in mind, that I have done a comprehensive rehab program - including therapeutic exercise, nutrition/supplementation, light therapy, and activity modification - in addition to my stem cell therapy. I did and continue to do everything I can to maximize my results. You're a young guy and so your prospects for recovery a likely pretty good. But as a power lifter, you will have some difficult questions questions to wrestle with - like: What's the most important thing to you? What do you want your future to look like in terms of your physical abilities? What are you willing to do restore and maintain your spinal health? Best of luck with your healing!
@@painfixprotocol that's amazing results especially without the cells going into the disc or epidural space. I got intradiscal and epidural stem cells and didn't make any progress. My disc space is very short so the bulge doesn't have much room to retract back in. I tried the DRX9000 decompression table but that seemed to make it worse like your lumbar traction machine.
Sounds like something I might be interested in . I got lami's from L1-L5 . And don't have pain but have DDD in those lower lumbar levels and have constant tingling all over from my waist down. And numbness in random places . Especially my feet . I do decompression twice a month . Does help a little
Be sure to consult with 2 or 3 reputable clinics and speak to experts. It's possible that this type of treatment could be very beneficial for your situation.
Im looking into stem cell treatments in Mexico for my C6/C7 Disc Herniation and Radiculopathy, like you I've done enough in the gym, therapy and treatments to where my pain level is pretty much 0, I'm hoping however that stem cells may be able to help me recover some of the strength in my left arm/chest and reverse some of the nerve damage/muscle atrophy
Why is it that Stem cell treatment in Mexico costs $7,500 for 200 million cells, while in the US it costs $17 thousand for only 40 million cells? Is there a difference in the quality of the cells?
Really good question! The main reason is because cell cultivation (expansion) is legal in Mexico and not in the U.S.. I cover all of that and more in this video: ruclips.net/video/lp65NY9Y_N0/видео.html
Tony Robbins had STEM cell therapy on his shoulder and the results were amazing for him. Tony Robbins wrote a book called "Life Force" that goes into more detail about all the new therapies available.
Hi doctor, do you think there is a way to also increase the thickness of the disc? I am 30 years old and my L5S1 disk is very worn and has already been operated on. do you think I can benefit from this treatment? A thousand thanks
Yes, I believe it's possible to increase disc height using stem cell therapy in combination with a properly designed rehab program. Without more information, I am not able to say whether or not this is a good treatment option for you. But here's a brand new article that talks all about it - www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10950333/
@@painfixprotocol Thank you for your kind reply Doctor. I will try to do a search here in Italy to understand where they do this type of treatment. If so, would you have a reference to give me in your state too?
Thanks for commenting. Research on this topic continues to roll out with lots of promising results: www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/CIRCRESAHA.116.309717 stemcellres.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13287-020-01725-4 www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2214751923002104
Thanks for asking! That's exactly what I wanted to see and a big part of the reason I went for the follow-up MRI. My discs gained some height but I'm not sure if it was due to rehydration or a side effect of reducing the size of the disc bulges. This article did a good job of summarizing the effects of stem cell therapy on spinal discs: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8092931/
@painfixprotocol Are you aware of discgenics? I'm quite a bit younger than you and also have a dics that shows up black on an mri. I'm hopeful that what this company is doing, or something similar will provide a solution in the next 10 years or so.
@@yourbrain870010 yrs is very big period. It shall be available in 2 yrs in US but outside US idk if it can be used now or not. Have you looked for this in korea, japan or china? They are far more advanced and they might already have cure to this
What was the strength of the MRI magnet in the pre and post? The post looks sharper like it was a 3T magnet while the pre looked a little more grainy (1.5 T). Just trying to compare apples to apples! Thanks
I have the same question. And, if you have to fly there and stay at a hotel for a week and then go back for a follow-up, the total cost, including the $7500 stem cell fee, is probably over $10K. Why not have this done in the U.S.?
You can’t get that amount of stem cells in the US All depends on how you want to stay in Mexico Airbnb can be below 100$ a night for a small apartment with room for two or four people You can of course get a hotel with all inclusive for 300$ or more per night per person but if you on a normal budget Flight from Us is about 400-600$ depending on your city
Good question. The type of treatment I received (with 200 million MSCs) is not available in the US. It's not possible to get anywhere near that amount of mesenchymal stem cells in a single treatment. Plus the source of the stem cells in the US are typically more invasive (bone marrow aspiration or liposuction) and uncomfortable. Also, average treatment cost in the US is 3-4 times higher. I go over all of this in my eBook - painfixprotocol.com/stem-cell-mistakes-ebook/
That is correct. But also the cost of the treatment itself tends to be significantly less in Latin American than in the US. And you can get a much larger dose of MSCs in a single treatment.
Doctor, I don't understand if the stem cells are injected directly into the diseased disc, or externally in the area where there are problems? Thanks for the reply.
Good question! Both options - intradiscal & intramuscular - are available. For my treatment, the direct injections were intramuscular and there was also an IV infusion.
Yes, I'm a fan of both nutrients (in the sulfate form). Lots of benefits for joint health and movement longevity. I included full therapeutic doses of both in my Joint Rebuilder formula: store.painfixprotocol.com/products/joint-rebuilder/
There are lots of different sources for harvesting stem cells. Some are better than others. I go over all of that in my eBook - painfixprotocol.com/stem-cell-mistakes-ebook/
Can you treat spinal code injuries? Ten years ago, I got cervical spine and lumbar spine features. I have a disability in legs and one hand. Also I have pain a hand and two legs. If I get stem cells treatment, Can I achieve a meaningful impact? Thank you.
It's a really good question. Here's a recent article from The Lancet that talks all about using stem cell therapy for spinal cord injury - www.thelancet.com/article/s1474-4422(21)00464-6/fulltext
Thanks for commenting. You are correct that different cuts offer different views. The two MRIs were taken 6 months apart and the cuts are not identical - I'm sure that you can understand that for a short video, it's not feasible to go through every cut from both studies. I specifically chose the cuts that had the greatest degree of overlap (as you can see from the appearance of the vertebral bodies, spinous processes and surrounding soft tissue). I could see someone making an argument that there's a certain margin of error in the measurements however, as a clinician, it would be pretty difficult to deny the change that took place in the size of the indentation into the thecal sac.
I will continue making content about new and evolving regenerative medicine procedures in hopes of bringing more awareness to these treatment options will increase demand and drive positive change in the healthcare system.
@@painfixprotocolexactly dr. I see a massive hype about them and in a video they have even treated multiple disc bulge and degeneration. Do you think is it authentic or a scam? You have lot of knowledge so i would be very interested in your opinion on this
This is a situation where you would definitely want to reach out to a few reputable clinics to see what they can do for you. You can start with Dream Body - dreambody.clinic/ Here's a recent article on the subject to help get a overview of these types of treatments: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7140431/
Great question, James. Here's a recent paper that does a good job summarizing what's possible when it comes to using stem cells for spinal disc regeneration: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8092931/
Would stem cell therapy be successful for someone who has already been fused? I have had 5 lumbar surgeries and am currently fused from L2-S1. Additionally I have large screws that go from the spinal rods to my SI hip joints to stabilize the rods.
It's hard to say, Jennifer. Stem cell therapy is not a cure-all. There are things it can help with and things it can't. In this case, it would depend on what you're looking to accomplish. My suggestion would be to reach out to Dream Body Clinic and one or two other reputable clinics speak to the experts and see what they have to say about treating people post-spinal fusion.
@@painfixprotocol i think we will know in time to come but discogenics is another cell therepy which proposes that it might grow disc height and hydrates it. They are in clinical trials stages before commercial approval by FDA. Clearly, there is something to this. Furthermore, PRP injection shot seems to heal annular tears faster as well vs body’s own time duration to heal it based on my research: Obviously resorption or protruded out NP got dissolved and you gained more NP into your disc, but did they ever mention about annular tear healing or toughening up from pre-injection date? Because joints are all about stiffness, the stiffer the joint in body while allowing full mobility, the better the result is of the operation. Regardless it’s an amazing result that conventional methods cannot do.
@@painfixprotocol did you see any supplementary benefits to your stem cells? Some people say that their body ache somewhere else got better or their eye sight got better…
@painfixprotocol Thank you for your answer! I called dream body clinic to inquire about hair loss treatments after I watched one of their videos. The man in their testimonial video had stem cells for something else entirely, but was going to go back for hair loss. Anyway, fast forward to now, the clinic is not offering this treatment any longer. I asked why? They said it wasn't effective enough and didn't produce good enough results so - THEY STOPPED IT. That's pretty amazing. I think some places would keep milking the cash cow with a "results may vary" tag.
So sorry! These kinds of treatments are expensive right now. My hope is that bringing more awareness to this issue will help increase demand and drive positive changes in our healthcare system.
I had #2 complete Stem cell treatments about 1 year apart in Puerto Villarta at a clinic called "RenewIV Bar". I split both my treatments (into 4 sessions) over about a year at a cost between 4-5 thousand US dollars. I had a serious back injury and it has helped about 90 percent so far. I had injections over my entire spine and I split my back injections with an IV to help my brain and body. I also got incredible relief with my ADHD and Asperger Symptoms which even enhanced my artist gift symptoms. Kind of a brain enhancement. What I am sharing is I got results with a fraction of the dose that Dr Yoni experienced..... Also I am convinced that a large dose is OK Now (Thanks Doctor) ...... My reason to respond is I wanted to let you know that your dose can be as large as you want and the dose is based on weight. I am sure in PV you can get your daughter a dose that is effective depending on her weight for $500 - $1,000 US if she is a child. (She likely has a lot of her stem cells so get good advise from a Mexican doctor in the field). Due to my budget, I had the option of doing less cells in my back, and have some in an IV for my brain and body, I chose to split it up for my back and brain. The stem cells basically start splitting cells which is growth and healing... regardless of the dose. I like to look at it this way . We were born with millions of stem cells that start in the womb before birth. The stems cells make all our organs grow by splitting which creates growth. After being born our stem cells continue to develop our organs, including the brain, and this growth will continue to the age of about 20 years and we will have used up 95% of our cells by this age. The last 5% is that we have left is to continue our organ maintenance. When we run out of stem cells our organs becomes vulnerable to healing (slitting cells) and we die. If we take care of our original stem cells with less stress and healthy food, we can live over 100 years. Now we can also help our bodies with stem cell therapy. Warning: It is not legal to acquire a complete Stem cell dose by a USA doctor. They can get thousands of cells, a normal dose is in the millions. So as much as they want to help, they can't. Most advanced countries that use western medicine are against Legal stem cell therapy. Central America Leads the world in Stem Cell Therapy, and that is why Americans go to Mexico for treatments so often. Also be careful, USA Doctors are leading the negative propaganda against stem cell Therapy on RUclips ... (Thanks Doc for being a believer) You can also expect to save 50% to 80% on any medications in Mexico. I hope this helps!
At first I never understood why this wasn’t passed in US and now it all makes sense, government would hate to fix everyone’s problems because it would put big pharmaceutical out of business and the revolving income. And yet we have American scientist in Mexico studying this and making cash money still. Gotta love the crap system and how it fcks us
While stem cell therapy is not a cure all, there are a lots people out there who would likely benefit greatly from regenerative medical procedures like these.

You're most welcome! Right now I plan to continue with my rehab. The stem cells I received will remain active in my body for a few more months and I want to make sure I get everything I can from my treatment. Cheers!
In PV now getting ready for MRI. Thanks for pointing me in Dream Body's direction. ❤
Wishing you a fantastic result!
Great video. I appreciate your thorough explanations and data driven results. I've read conflicting articles on results (outside the US) for people that are a bit older-approaching 60. Do you have any sources or more definitive results if this would work for those who are older? Thanks for your help.
So glad you enjoyed it! Here's an article that does a good job summarizing all the research on the topic: www.ijssurgery.com/content/15/s1/40
Right to the point video with great info. Thanks for such a great quality video!
Thanks, Aaron! Glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing results doctor. I'm surprised you had increased disc height and some disc hydration because I have been told that its not possible to restore mechanical structure. Do you think combining this with other modalities would give even better results like red light therapy and disc decompression table? Thanks
Exactly. So far the literature is have reviewed , i’ve never seen any literature explaining that stem cell actually restore disc height
Nice video, and congratulations on your recovery. May I ask if the stem cells were put into the muscles around the spine or the facet joints? I was told that injections into muscles around the lower spine are also effective.
Thanks a lot! The direct injections in my treatment were intramuscular.
@painfixprotocol thanks for your response. Appreciate it.
Great series of videos! Any chance you might consider another MRI of the target area to show if the results were sustained or possibly even continued to improve?
Thanks Jerry! It's an interesting idea - I will consider it.
I was waiting for this update! Great video and the results are pretty damn impressive.
How long after your stem cell procedure did you wait before working out again?
Thanks Remster! I wasn't in pain so I went back to working out after just a few days.
wow, that was fun! thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it, Stacey!
Hi Yoni
This was the video I was waiting for you to put up…
I am already in dialogue with Josh for 100 mill iv but being 50 years old the back hurts like hell so the extra cost is worth trying..
I think you still have more to gain from the stem cells if you continue with the program you talking about.
I will also add that too my to do list when I have had my treatment at DBC…
Best of luck going forward with this.
Btw check out the video DBC posted on your visit..
You can see on the angel of filming that you may need another stem cell treatment 😊
My shit is gone but you can still save yours..
Not sure what your background is in reading imaging studies but if you look at the appearance of the vertebral bodies and which spinous processes are in focus, this should be clear.
Regarding your friend's comment -
The slices from the before and after MRIs were not an exact match.

Thanks Nomad! Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Did you consider adding PEMF’s to your recovery protocol?
PEMFs are part of my weekly health regimen already. But, I didn't alter the frequency during my rehab.
Hi, can you check if there is any difference in disc height of not treated discs?
Thank you for the info.
Did they inject the stem cell in the disc or only the surrounding?
The injections I received were intramuscular.
Did you fracture heal? How did you not have pain with the fracture ????
My fracture did heal over time.
So this therapy is more for disk bulge or ddd rather than stenosis which is an over growth of bone which compresses nerves?…
Did you get cells injected directly into those 3 discs or the surrounding muscles as shown seated in the other video? Nice results!
Thanks Nolan! The injections I received were intramuscular. To my knowledge, intradiscal injections are only performed under general anesthesia.
Kudos to you for doing the work to set yourself up for success. Wishing you a fantastic result!
Hi sir, thank you for the video.
Can I begin my treatment once I finish my MS in regenerative medicine?
You're most welcome! You can begin treatment anytime, just be sure to select a reputable clinic.
Would this be possible for someone with degenerative disc disease who already had laminectomies and multiple discectomies?
It's very possible, Abby. However, I always recommend consulting with 2-3 reputable clinics to find out if you're a good candidate for treatment.
Tony Robbins had STEM cell therapy on his shoulder and the results were amazing for him. Tony Robbins wrote a book called "Life Force" that goes into more detail about all the new therapies available.
That's terrific! More and more people are discovering the many applications & benefits of regenerative medicine.

Hey dr yoni may i ask you if i missed it, where did you do the treatment?
My treatment was performed at Dream Body Clinic - dreambody.clinic/
Have you seen cases where the disc rehydrates?

Dr. Yoni

Did you have sciatica before treatment or only localized disc pain ?
Thanks for asking. I didn't have sciatica or disc pain.
How is it possible that the stem cells know and identify the issue with your back and target that particular area as oppose to anything else.....?
Stem cell behavior is explained in this video: ruclips.net/video/J9tvvM5KNC4/видео.html - starting at 05:12
What was the strength of the MRI magnet in the pre and post? The post looks sharper like it was a 3T magnet while the pre looked a little more grainy (1.5 T). Just trying to compare apples to apples! Thanks
Both MRIs were taken using the same machine - it's 1.5 T.
Some slices in both studies were sharper than others. Perhaps I moved a little.
Is this kind of treatment available in Europe?
Yes. It's available in multiple countries in Europe - Germany and Austria to name a couple.
@@painfixprotocol any kid of clinic to recommend? Thank you for answering!
Just wondering why you went to Mexico for the treatment?
I have the same question. And, if you have to fly there and stay at a hotel for a week and then go back for a follow-up, the total cost, including the $7500 stem cell fee, is probably over $10K. Why not have this done in the U.S.?
You can’t get that amount of stem cells in the US
All depends on how you want to stay in Mexico Airbnb can be below 100$ a night for a small apartment with room for two or four people
You can of course get a hotel with all inclusive for 300$ or more per night per person but if you on a normal budget
Flight from Us is about 400-600$ depending on your city
Cool vid thank you.😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Any opinion on glucosamin+ chondroitin?
Yes, I'm a fan of both nutrients (in the sulfate form). Lots of benefits for joint health and movement longevity. I included full therapeutic doses of both in my Joint Rebuilder formula: store.painfixprotocol.com/products/joint-rebuilder/

There are lots of different sources for harvesting stem cells. Some are better than others. I go over all of that in my eBook - painfixprotocol.com/stem-cell-mistakes-ebook/

You’ve only demonstrated how different parasagital cuts on MRIs change the appearance of the central space.

Have you been able to reach out to them? I'm curious as well. I had a Harrington rod put in back in 82.

No. Just the lower lumbar.
Very interesting

@@painfixprotocol i think we will know in time to come but discogenics is another cell therepy which proposes that it might grow disc height and hydrates it. They are in clinical trials stages before commercial approval by FDA. Clearly, there is something to this. Furthermore, PRP injection shot seems to heal annular tears faster as well vs body’s own time duration to heal it based on my research:
Obviously resorption or protruded out NP got dissolved and you gained more NP into your disc, but did they ever mention about annular tear healing or toughening up from pre-injection date?
Because joints are all about stiffness, the stiffer the joint in body while allowing full mobility, the better the result is of the operation.
Regardless it’s an amazing result that conventional methods cannot do.

Why didn't you address your hairloss?
I am not aware of any convincing evidence that stem cell therapy is effective for late-stage hair loss.
I think some places would keep milking the cash cow with a "results may vary" tag.
hello sir i want to this stem cell therapy of my daughter and I can't afford it because I'm single parent so please help me 😢😢😢😢
(Thanks Doc for being a believer)
You can also expect to save 50% to 80% on any medications in Mexico.
I was hoping the one surprising benefit was significant dick height, especially when you put up the "finger measurement".
