My chiropractor uses a handheld Red light therapy wand on my inflammation areas. I've seen them for $40 online. Dr. Axe is giving us the benefits of red infrared lights people. Stop criticizing harshly!
Planet Fitness has these and you only go in for 15 minutes and man I feel like brand new coming out. Those light beds cost 8k but I prefer the standing ones.
Thank you for sharing this! ❤
That one in the video is over 100k... check davince medical
Way off on price.
Does planet fitness has the theralight 360 bed?
I love my platinum 900 LED RED LIGHT
I bought an infra-red lamp for about $100 a few years ago, worked well on my neck after my op! Now using it on my swollen foot!
I have one as well and it has relieved my arthritis in my hip
Can y'all share the brands you use, please?
The one I use at the gym is only 633 nm and one wavelength, but it still feels great on the skin and increases surface level circulation....Hopefully one of the locals will buy one!
I use one at my gym also, planet fitness. I think it has 3 wave lenghns but I've also heard they are weak. Do you know of a meter gadget that can measure how strong it is? They say tube lights are not as strong.
I got this done today and I feel really different. I can tell it is working on the inflamation in my body with just one session. Excited to continue this therapy.
Just called the company and these units you are advertising are $50,000-$90,000. Pretty cost prohibitive for a lot of Americans.
It works i use a infared heater for the swelling in my legs ,i found this by accident
Why do you have swelling? Fluid? If so it’s low potassium which won’t show up accurate in blood work. Sodium needs potassium to do it’s job and we need a lot of sodium but potassium makes it do it’s moon safely also those two are how movement happens within cell and fluid and nutrients can move through it you. An learn more about learning intracellular mineral levels at sassy holistics. Com drink nettle infusions and Himalayan salt in water you’ll pee it out from the legs but the sodium potassium ratio in the cells is also show the body’s inflammation level!
I bought a $40 Hooga bulb that I applied to my ear since I got Swimmer's Ear Infection, and it has lessened the pain and swellenes in less than 7 days.
The pain is a 2 on a scale of 1-5; the ear still feels plugged.
I also, shone a black light (UV) pen into my ear cannal to kill the bacteria.
There’s not even one in my whole state! They are extremely pricey to buy! Do you recommend something comparable that may not be as pricey and easier to locate?
I was excited to try it until I saw the price. It costs $75,000. That’s expensive.
Check out Joovv
Yep ,you can get the panels for several hundred dollars.
Roy 1776 - Have you used the light therapy? Did it help you?
@@betsyross9503
No Mam ,I just saw the video today .
Roy 1776 - Okay, thank you 😃🇺🇸
Wal-Mart has one for only
$ 53 ,000 ...yippee!
Yeah and you can bet your ass its a sub standard model
Walmart has handheld wands for $40. Do your research
@@monram8653
I was referring to the beds
Dr. Axe, are there any contraindications that you are aware for this therapy?
Thank you!
It is a type of radiation, so there are some rules on who can use it. For example people’s with skin cancer history shouldn’t be using it or pregnant women.
I assume you’re doing a giveaway, right? Where do I enter?
This helps my psoriasis!
I’m going to try my red grow light I use to grow vegetables indoors in the winter
@JenMarco, I have red grow lights as well for same purpose. It's been a year since you commented. Did you try this and what were your thoughts?
Are there any Red light therapy tanning beds!(Like the tanning beds used to be but stopped)?
Yes. Here we have a tanning salon named Glo. They have these.
I'll add this to my long list of super expensive thing's ill be able to afford in my 50's when i've saved enough money to buy a house big enough for it. Or my late 30's if i get my head in gear.
Ahooo!!! I use one at my tanning g salon they work💯💖🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I know products like this are amazing. But for those who are bound by budget, you can just go outside in the day time even under some shades, to enjoy these wave lengths for free!
I use the one at planet fitness - is that worth it? I know I always feel great form it
It’s not a true red light but several different colors.
I purchased an incandescent red light, trying it now.
I use one that I bought from sauna space. It uses near infrared light and sauna together.
just go out into the sunlight for 30 min a day. done.
Yeah for real. Why spend hundreds to thousands on this crap and who knows the long term effects. Better stick to the basics.
Ok now try that if you live somewhere like Canada. Think y’all a bunch of smart asses.
@iClipsy better to buy a vitamin D lamp then..
Is there a hand held version one can use on painful areas and does this have any negative side affect on thyroid gland, liver etc?
Thank you
Id say if anything it will help most any condition
biolight
There definitely is handheld infrared lights. My chiropractor uses it on my pain areas and it works amazing. I've seen some for $40 online
Mon Ramirez Than you!
and the eyes?☺
Is there a brand you can recommend?
Will the red light at planet fitness work for benefits?
absolutely amazing!!
so, get more sun light for free?
DR.AXE. I purchased the Purewave PEMF with Greg N after I watched your video. Thank you
"Working Class" people Can't afford these!!... :(
How long do you use each session?
I love red light "district" therapy too! So relieving! 😁🍺🍺
That table probably costs at least $25k, so this is useless for the average person. Red light therapy definitely works, but the highest quality light panels are too expensive for most people to afford.
Which device from Canada do you recommend???
Can I use this daily?
This apparatus is awesome but holy cow expensive!! I'm talking $87K friends!
It doesn't increase testosterone in women, does it? How does it work on women's hormonal balance and thyroid?
Novothor check their website they have done studies on those with low thyroid almost 50 percent were able to come off medication and even 6 years later still doing great
It would be nice if some of us could go to a medical practitioner to be treated with this Red Light Therapy. Perhaps Dr.Axe could make suggestions, or someone else coming across this
comment could do that. It's a pricey purchase and some of us just plain can't afford it, or if someone could they'd want proof that it actually works. After all, it's the price of 2 top of the line
model SUVs
Look into purchasing a handheld red infrared device it works well. You just use it for targeting areas you want to heal. They're very inexpensive. Or you can look into your closest naturopathic or chiropractic and see if they offer these services
@@monram8653 Thank you for the suggestions.
Dr Ax can you tell me your thoughts on the trifecta light beds and therapy? They use similar technology for body contouring
Do infrared blankets have a similar effect? It is a more obtainable price for me!
No
@@marisamarino7596yes they do
*BUT........DOES IT RELIEVE COVID-19???*
*AND WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS ON SHEDDED HAIR AND HAIR LOSS???*
I'm in the uk. Where would you get this from here? I have fibromyalgia and EDS so that could help me.
Change your diet dear youll be amazed just doing that ,sugar has to go
@@williamhoeweler2343
What ,no more bloody biscuits lol .just kidding.
Hope you feel better soon.
Also look into infared therapy you can really turn things around with this therapy
You can order a panel online for a few hundred pounds.
It will absolutely help you
I go to a tanning salon that has a ed light therpy bed
My lamp is 633nm, it’s has 60 led lights, and only cost me £70 including delivery. Light also causes only 24 watts so can be used near the head, with excess EMR exposure.
I bath my head in deep red light daily.
I’d love to but a intrasal vielight with 810nm for deep brain stimulation. They are about £400.
Any suggestions for my bald patches please ? 😊
I’m using it for hair growth and it’s helping.
How can I get a doctors note to be able to buy red light through FSA. My FSA card worked with Premium LED. But FSA said I needed a Dr. referral so I had to cancel.
Why is the light bright 3:02, when IR is not visible light to the human eye?
Ill try it, be open but skeptical. Maybe there’s a visit place, not buy.
This really does work its amazing what just a infared heater did for me
It definitely works!
William Hoeweler what did it do?
I had inflammation in my lymph nodes and it immediately reduced the pain and inflammation
It costs $53,000
It’s near infrared. I don’t think you know what you are talking about.
How long are the sessions? How often should you do the therapy?
I do 10 minutes.
@@curlyhairdudeify hello, could you tellme how much cost you the theralight or which one are you using?
Can you recommend any brands we can buy online?
Check out Joovv
Joovv or Platinum LED
@@charlabarnett6274 Minimum $500 for their personal device and $1K+ for the other. There has to be something under $200...
Is this safe during pregnancy???
Is it expensive to run
Hello Professor
Can I use a flooding led light lamp?. 60W
Does anyone know how to locate a spa with the Theralight 360 in Nashville, TN?
That's a 52,000 bed. That's ridiculous. Any other brand recommendations?
Where are the studies that were referenced? Would appreciate a link, thanks!
Don't LEDs flicker? Read about flicker stress. Should the red light therapy be a incandescent style bulb.
Hz is adjustable from 5-5000.
Probably got a discount for selling it or getting a commission for advertising.
yes, you just watched an infomercial
red light therapy no i made a pool of lemon water gotta go diving in the deep end!
What I know is the benefit is from the infrared ray not the red light! so people should buy the infrared illuminator that sold for security camera not the red lighting!
Do you think the red light therapy devices for the face really work?
@@rickowen4410 She is talking about the hand held facial devices that are only £50. Would be interested to know if anyone has had any experience of one?
I have been using a 4 light frequency light device on my face and neck for 5 years. I'm in my 50's I don't have wrinkles, have a firm jawline. All my friends constantly ask what skincare im using!!! They really work!!! I have a qasar brand because of the 4 different light frequencies from amber through the different frequencies of red
Deborah Chan ::: Nice! Can you share a link, thanks!
Yesss! They work amazing I have inflammation on my lymph nodes around my face and it works amazing. Definitely recommended 👌
Can this help with chemo induced peripheral neuropathy on the feet?
yes!
See your acupuncturist for a light at $200. They really work.
So where can you g get this type of treatment?
Alot of Chiropractor and Naturopathic doctors use them. Sometimes they use handheld wands to target a spot
Dr Axe, what would be the best to use for a tongue ulcer ?
Niacinamide and lysine
What is the best brand for red light therapy?
I worked at a tanning salon 8 years ago and we had this but it became illegal and was removed. This was on Houston, TX
Why did it become illegal
It’s not illegal 😂
You need a few thousand dollars for one of these beds
I need one
You can buy small one by 50$
Dr Axe, could this help CFS/ME? Thankyou
B1,vit c,niacin,msm,nac and salt
@@cosmichealth3907 thankyou 🙏
Do you know me
This is a very expensive bed
This is listed @ 70 grand. 😂
More snake oil?
Please research PBM (photobiomodulation) with over 4,000 clinical studies on light therapy. Also knows as LLLT (low level laser therapy)
I have lupus and I’m usually sensitive to light. Would it help someone like me?
I believe it should work well. Try a handheld piece. They can target the spots you want to heal. And they're much cheaper $40+. I have an autoimmune inflammation issue and it works so well on my inflammation and pain
@@monram8653 what is your inflammation issue ?
I have pericarditis. Its inflamation of the heart sac. I wonder if this would help 🤔
Wow!!!.... :)
Wow! Isn’t that hot.
