Why do you have swelling? Fluid? If so it’s low potassium which won’t show up accurate in blood work. Sodium needs potassium to do it’s job and we need a lot of sodium but potassium makes it do it’s moon safely also those two are how movement happens within cell and fluid and nutrients can move through it you. An learn more about learning intracellular mineral levels at sassy holistics. Com drink nettle infusions and Himalayan salt in water you’ll pee it out from the legs but the sodium potassium ratio in the cells is also show the body’s inflammation level!

I have lupus and I’m usually sensitive to light. Would it help someone like me?

I believe it should work well. Try a handheld piece. They can target the spots you want to heal. And they're much cheaper $40+. I have an autoimmune inflammation issue and it works so well on my inflammation and pain
