    Great explanation,
    However I think that dealing with overactive muscles involves SMR foam rolling, static stretching, and strengthening the opposing antagonist muscle to create what's called reciprocal inhibition... What do you think?

    I still didn't get it. What makes a muscle overactive and what makes a muscle underactive?
