  • 鮮紅色的草莓果醬完全來自草莓本身的顏色,材料就只有草莓、檸檬汁跟糖,自己做的果醬可以安心吃,完全無添加!我的懶人煮法做起來很簡單,所以吃完了再煮新的也不麻煩,每次做還可以換換口味,永遠沒有吃不完的壓力、永遠不會膩,也不用擔心好多瓶瓶罐罐在冰箱裡占位子!
    :食譜:
    食材▼
    草莓 300 g
    砂糖 100 g
    檸檬汁 15 g

    I highly recommend cooking small batch fruit preserves. It’s so simple, fast and absolutely delicious! I made strawberry preserves with only 300 g strawberry and 100 g sugar. It’s the perfect ratio for not too sweet preserves. I know the more sugar you added into the preserves, the longer it can be stored. However, if you made small amount at a time, you don’t need to concern the storage issue at all. Let’s just make the best flavor preserves!
    :Recipe:
    Ingredients▼
    strawberry, 300 g
    granulated sugar, 100 g
    fresh lime juice, 15 g
    :Instruction:
    ●Make Preparations
    1. Rinse and drain the strawberry thoroughly.
    2. Remove the green stem from the top of the berry.
    3. Cut the berry into your favorite size.
    4. Cut the lime into wedges.
    5. Squeeze 15 g lime juice.
    ●Cooking the Preserves
    1. Add the strawberry into a saucepan.
    2. Add sugar and lime juice.
    3. Stir them well.
    4. Over a medium heat, cook the mixture until boiling.
    5. Turn to low heat, keep it slightly boiling.
    6. Skim the foam from the surface.
    7. Stir the mixture occasionally.
    8. Cook until seeing the pan when a spoon scraped across.
    9. Enjoy!

    冷卻在倒進罐子裡嗎?然後....放置併校?

      如果想放久一點,趁熱裝入消毒過的玻璃罐,蓋起來倒置。我做的量不多,所以只裝在玻璃保鮮盒,儘早吃完就可以囉!

    請問草莓醬不需要糖漬
    直接煮也行嗎?有差別嗎?

      如果你要煮很大量,先糖漬可以縮短煮的時間,也可以釋放更多果膠。小量的話我覺得沒差,煮起來顏色也比較漂亮!

    請問砂糖可以換成上白糖嗎

      我沒用過上白糖,不過可以吧感覺會更好吃?
