* Ingredients / ingredients

● Vanilla Jenuwazu (sponge cake)
310 g eggs (5-6 pieces)
150 g of sugar
38 g of honey
60 g of milk
Cake flour 187g
Salt-free Butter 60g
2 g of salt
Vanilla Extract 7.5ml (1 / 2TSP)
* White Ganache Mont Cream
120 g of white chocolate
120g Warm heavy Cream
400g cold heavy cream
20g condensed milk
35 g of sugar
Kirsch 5g (choice)
Syrup
20 g of sugar
30 g of water
kirsche 2.5g (1 / 2tsp)
ㅡ ㅡ ㅡ How to make ㅡ ㅡ
Weigh water and sugar
Melt the sugar in the microwave.
Add kirsch and mix.
** Preliminaries
1. Prepare all ingredients at room temperature.
2. Sift flour.
3. Prepare warm milk and butter.
4. Place the heritage paper on the mold.
5. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
**how to make
1. Add sugar, salt, and honey to the egg and raise it to 440 ~ 42 degrees.
2. Add vanilla extract.
3. Whip at high speed until the color changes to ivory until a rich volume is produced.
-Whipp until the ribbon is drawn and disappears after about 3 seconds.
-Please be fair to the lower stage.
4. Add milk between 40 and 45 degrees.
--- Adding milk first makes the dough more fluid and makes it easier to mix the flour.
5. Divide the powder in two and mix.
6. Remove some of the dough from the butter heated to 55-60 degrees
Mix and match the textures.
7. Mix quickly and smoothly.
8. After panning, clean up the bubbles with skewers.
9. Pow ~ !!
10. Bake 33 to 35 minutes at 165 degrees in an oven preheated to 175 degrees.
11. Gently press the palm of your hand into the center and take it out of the oven.
12. As soon as you get out of the oven! Tap to drain the steam, flip it over and let it cool down.
13. Slice it into 3 pieces.
14. Trim the strawberries.
15. Make cream.
16. Mix melted chocolate with hot whipped cream and cool it to 30 ~ 35 degrees in a smooth state.
17. Pour cold whipped cream and rinse on ice balls.
18. Please montage like a video.

TRIED MY BEST TO RE-DEFINE THIS RECIPE HERE IT IS! (DONT JUDGE)
Vanilla & Strawberry Sponge Cake
Makes a (18cm * 18cm * 7cm Stainless Steel Bottom Less Cake Mold.. 16cm
Vanilla Jenuwazu (sponge cake) Ingredients
• 310 g eggs (5-6 Eggs)
• 150 g of Sugar
• 38 g of Honey
• 60 g of Milk
• Cake flour 187g
• Un-Salted Butter 60g
• 2 g of salt
• Vanilla Extract 7.5ml (1 / 2TSP)
White Ganache Mont Cream Ingredients
• 120 g of white chocolate
• 120g Warm heavy Cream
• 400g cold heavy cream
• 20g condensed milk
• 35 g of sugar
• Karo (Corn Syrup) 5g (choice)
Cake Syrup Ingredients
• 20 g of sugar
• 30 g of water
• Karo (Corn Syrup) 2.5g (1 / 2tsp)
Preliminaries
Prepare all ingredients at room temperature.
Sift flour.
Prepare warm milk and butter.
Place the heritage paper on the mold.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Syrup Directions
Weight water and sugar
Melt the sugar in the microwave.
Add Karo Syrup and mix.
How to make
Add sugar, salt, and honey to the egg mixture and cook it until 440 ~ 42 degrees.
Add vanilla extract.
Whip at high speed until the color changes to ivory until a rich silky volume is produced.
Keep Whipping until the ribbon is drawn and disappears after about 3 seconds.
Add milk between to the batter is about 40 and 45 degrees in temperature.
Adding milk first makes the dough more fluid and makes it easier to mix the flour.
Divide the batter in two parts and mix.
Combine the butter mixture with the original mixture and mix with a rubber spatula, mix until smooth
Add the mixture to the pan, and with a skewer clean up the bubbles.
Tap the pan to remove air bubbles from the pan (Pow ~ !!)
Pre-heat at 175 degrees then reduce the heat to 165 degrees and Bake for 33 to 35 minutes
Gently press the palm of your hand into the center and take it out of the oven when its fully baked.
As soon as you get out of the oven! Tap the pan to drain the steam, flip it over on a parchment paper and cooling rack and let it cool down.
Slice the sponge cake into three slices with a serrated knife
Fruit Cutting
Cut the strawberries in half
And put them on a paper towel to absorb the water and juice
White Chocolate Whipped Cream
Mix melted chocolate with hot whipped cream and cool it to 30 ~ 35 degrees in a smooth state.
Add condensed milk and sugar, heavy cream
in a ice bath whip the cream until semi stiff peeks
Assembeling Cake
Add one slice of bread, with a spatula add whipped cream and top it off with half fresh strawberries, topped with more whipped cream
add cake syrup to the bread with a pastry brush
Repeat for three slices of bread that are left
With the spatula give the top part of the cake a smooth finish
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours
Cut the four edges of the cake with a serrated knife and decorate to your liking (You can use fresh cream instead of white ganache)

Are there any tips to keep the cream in form longer? The cream quite soft, it can't carry the strawberry on it. Especially when I cut it into pieces, it fell of with strawberry.
