I started using spray lubricant on my 308 case and have had 3 stuck case in 20 case. I'm spraying a lot more than you are showing doing. Question is do you need to lubricate the inside of the neck????????????
If its getting stuck on expander ball on its way down then lube ball itself every few cases and see if it helps.
Is it new or once fired brass
