I love watching, actually I am more listening and decluttering. Mission accomplished for today. I live in a big complex house and always put the things where we put throw away the rubbish. I put things always as clean as possible in a seetrue bag. And as far as I can remember it was always gone. Sometimes I also found some helpful things there. That makes my decluttering much easier because it is so easy to find someone who can need my stuff. Thank for making this videos. Your emproving the live of so many people.
You have such beautiful wood countertop and tables. I had my husband make a natural wood tray to set on my cooktop glass which makes my kitchen streamlined and more versatile when not using the oven/ I have eyelets in one end and stand it on one side of my refrigerator with two magnet hooks when cooking or baking as needed. FYI it might work for your style too.
further description it looks like a cabinet door it has no handles, so it's a flat surface and he put felt lined round pins in the bottom to protect the glass. Instant increased counter for prep work.
Does your husband ever get stressed or overwhelmed by your decluttering and questioning about what he’s ready to let go of? My partner gets stressed when I ask him over and over if he needs certain things 😅
Hahah love this! I used to nag my husband to help me or get rid of things but that only made it worse. Now generally I stick to my stuff or if he has mentioned things are wearing out like his shoes I’ll bring it up to him. The amazing thing is that he has actually changed his own way of thinking over time. He is much quicker to let things go and to avoid buying things. He told me a few weeks ago that going over to his friends house felt stressful because they live in a ton of clutter and he is grateful our house is so peaceful 😍only took 4 years but I’ll take it 🤣
I have three pairs of shoes , I went to the beach on Friday and fell in the water and I wish I had a pair of thongs because my shoes got wet but after a day they are dry again so I’m glad I don’t have more as I live in a motor home and space is limited
The more you declutter what isn’t important to you, the easier it gets… and most importantly the less you need or want, it’s FREEING
YESS Thanks so much for sharing!! 👏👏😍
Yes, so inspiring.... relieved that I am no the only one who feels this way!
Thanks so much for watching friend!
Going minimalist is so worth it.❤
You are inspiring, Becky! Continue to be true to you!!! ❤ It’s so fun watching your videos

Hello! Greetings from "Northern VA", Fellow Virginian :-)
Hey!!! I grew up around Fairfax! 😍

Thank you! that is a great idea!
I love all your wooden accents! 😍 What stain did your husband use for the table behind the couch (or your bed?), if you remember?! 😊
I believe its called Early American!😍
@@minimalease thank you!
Lol. It’s ok. Thanks for showing us real life. I’ve pulled a drawer out too
Hahah decluttering usually means making a big mess before it gets better hahah at least at my house
Lolll that drawer! Its so familiar to me, hilarious 😂
Those good old drawers haha
Oh my gosh, I jumped when that happened!
Minimalism has helped me with attachments to stuff, so if I do get rid of something that I wish I had at a later time, it's not that big of deal.
Perfectly said! Thanks for watching :)

I'll have to check that out thanks for the tip!

My.
Hi Becky. Sorry if you already mentioned it but where did you get the baskets with the lids from in your bathroom closet? Thanks in advance!
They are just from target 👍 got them when they were on sale a few months ago. They are awesome!
I love your living room but where does everyone sit?
We have a 3 seater couch, when we have more people we bring in our dining room chairs or desk chairs
❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing ❤️❤️❤️
I like
Thank you for your kind words!
I don't use my garage, so I tend to just move most things from the house to the garage. Let the next owner figure it out lol.
Hey you got it out of your way 👍
@@minimalease I at least know what is in there. If a computer or a TV dies in the house, I will not have to buy another one lol.
