45 Min Full Body Barre Workout//Long Resistance Band

  • All you need is a long resistance band and some space for this 45 minute full body barre class!
    This full length, low impact barre workout begins with a warm up, then moves into a plank series focused on activating the deep core and abs. It then moves into an abdominal series on the back using the long resistance band to get deeper into the core and to support the neck. We then move on to a killer thighs, glutes, and arms focused series that will have you shaking and sweating! After taking the same series on the second side, we bring everything back to center with a short spinal extension series and a finish with a feel good stretch flow.
    This is a challenging, effective barre workout that you can do from anywhere in the world! Enjoy!
