My favorite part is the office with that coiffered ceiling! Definitely gives you a wowwwww moment! Great design!
Loved the ending 😂 beautiful home, the only thing that threw it off was the dark blue throughout the home.. but that’s a personal preference. Nice job!
Again Mr. Palmer... The layout, attention to detail and fit and finish of your homes is something else. Similar sized/priced homes here in Maryland are just thrown together by a few of the areas bigger builders. Pretty much nice homes, with poor build qualities, as they're just thrown together at an assembly lines pace. I'd gladly pay for quality over quantity any day of the week! Another gem produced by you and your crew. Keep 'em coming :D
Love it. I am not sure about the decision of blue paint for most walls but that is my opinion. Either way, another great design and build!

Blue is my favorite color but I think this is a bit bold for me. I can see why they chose it because it does look beautiful with with warm tones in the wood and stone.

I do like the details and extra effort you put into your homes. However, the closets are too small. If you put the closet door on the wall as you enter the bedroom with a slide to open and close you could get space to hang clothes on both walls and leave the walls in the bedroom unobstructed in order to arrange furniture free from closet doors. The wider you made the room, the wider the closet. Females really enjoy a generous closet. A bigger closet would cut the clutter and allow for better organization for built-in drawers, shoe shelves, open shelves, etc. A fourth garage going into the garage is a nice work space with tables along the sides.

what color is the blue i like, but not all over
I love all your houses including this one, but man I am not a fan of that blue everywhere. It looks particularly out of place in the kitchen
it's a pretty specialized color to put in a whole house. Hopefully this house was buildt for someone and painted for that person. If this was jus ton the market they'd probably have to repaint. It's a dark color and not a neutral tone

Mike, Nice but how do you build this for around $100/Sq/ft ? It didn't seem like nearly 4,000sq/ft.
Great Question! let us clarify, 3,986 is total sq. ft (under roof) The total HEATED Sq. Ft. is 2,816 :-)
Anyone who ever has had to do dishes for more than 2 people knows that tiny sink is a BAD idea haha. It's so small !
Most homes come with dishwashers these days.

Basement?
We have done this house with/ without bonus room and 3 car garage, but we have yet to do a Jordan plan with a basement. We can always modify the plans with our architect.
Really DISLIKE all the blue walls!
Was what I really liked about this one, but you can have the walls painted any color you wish.
