Mr. Palmer, I've been binge watching the videos of your homes for the past two weeks or so, like I'm catching up on a Netflix original or something... The craftsmanship of your crew and attention to detail is outstanding. And that trait is shown in every house I've seen so far to date. My hats off to you and your continued success on your future builds. I wish I was located in NC to have you build a property for me, maybe when I retire in 13 years! But in the mean time I'll just take inspiration from your builds and incorporate what I like into my current house. Thank you for the videos!

Ive never liked the garage on that side of the house lik that. Just my taste.
I love the house, lots of beautiful details, but those cheap wire shelves in the closets and pantry really take away from the care in the rest of the house.

Living on a golf course is generally not desirable. Only a builder or real estate agent will pitch such an idea.
Why cant you put up better light fixtures? That one in the dining room just does not work!! I have seen this short cut in many new homes. It is a turnoff for me! It need not be said that I could change them out! Really!!! Do it right the first time!!

Its prolly the customer s choice. They don't just build them without a buyer.
Seriously, some home buyers get something in their head and just want it ... no talking them out of it. If I were the builder, I would make suggestions, but you have to pick your battles. And if you don’t like something about a builder ... you can always go through someone else, no ones twisting your arm.
