3 Things I would have done differently. I would have made the Garage a 3 Car Garage, I would have made the room between the Garage and Laundry another Powder and placed the house on a full basement foundation because of the land elevation. Other than that it is beautiful. Great work as usual.
I live on the Texas gulf coast and experienced Hurricane Harvey, among others, safely and undamaged. Seeing people lose their homes left me terrified of flooding. I hope that the work put into modifying the lot provides this beautiful home safety from flooding. This house is very well crafted with well thought out features. I love the wood floors, the beautiful tile, the built-ins and the window feature at the foot of the stairs. However, the ship lap ceilings do not seem right and the oozing mortar is just ugly. Thank you.
It’s amazing how this area has developed I recall going to Norman as a child and it was just dirt roads and trailers

Love the layouts of these homes. Great looking houses and the person explaining the house does a good job. Just wish he would keep his hands out of the view of the things he's describing. Takes away from the beautiful houses.
