Two story houses are not for seniors! Even with a main floor master there’s a good chance you might not be able to get upstairs easily. I’ll take my Ranch style all one floor.
I've viewed a few of your homes and I must say you build very beautiful and well put together homes. I noticed that you also seem to care about the products that you use and put into the homes you build. Not always going for the cheap products. Don't see to many builders doing that these days. Well done!!!
My last house was on a beautiful golf course. Never again. I got three golf balls (at three different times) through our windows. The last one sent glass flying and my husband got a piece stuck in his chest. It took 50 stitches to close it. So we moved. This house is absolutely stunning. I’m sure the price was quite stunning too b
The plan of master bath shower is great love that controls is not under shower. You can adjust water without getting wet. I would change screen porch to sunroom. My dream home would have a large sunroom!

I’ve been looking at purchasing another home for the past few months and have watched a few custom home builders ... so far your designs, workmanship amenities, finishes, etc., etc., are outstanding! I mean who thinks of a whole house water supply shutoff inside the house! Lastly, this Wyoming Plan is the best!
Beautiful home! Question, why didn't you have the commode room door in the master swing out? Still looked like a tight squeeze where you'd have step to the side of the commode to clear the door getting in and out. Never mind, I see from another camera angle why. I would have built that entry wall out another 4 to 6 inches. This is a pet peeve with me! I have had to deal with these tight squeezes in half baths. Never would want to put up with it in the master bath. And those transom windows should have frosted glass! I could see straight to the neighbors windows! Love the fireplace, and the beautiful style iron work on the stairway!

The homeowner chose that probably to cut costs at the last minute, he usually says he prefers wood shelving. Always seems weird to upgrade so many other things and then have wire shelving, it can be changed later I guess 😊

Hey Mike, when you going to show some more new houses so that you can do some houses that acts like that slower flat level houses what is some of the great houses that you building up houses for 2021 or 2022 if you build some more houses will you show up on RUclips and add some more houses that you show RUclips so I can look at them so they can have the like the yard in the bathroom hallway for the kids and moms bathroom together for the bedroom with walk like a hallway and it has like with the parents go to the kids room and it'd be like a four-bedroom and maybe a bathroom inside the bathroom lava patio in Lancaster like a swimming pool
If you only have the master suite downstairs you need at least one bathtub. But I would prefer 2 BR downstairs. And I still don't like the stove being in the island. Also I have a question. Are the doors to the water closets accessible to walkers or wheelchairs standard?
Hi Vickey, Thank you for your response. The downstairs bath originally had a tub but we ended up eliminating it. We definitely have the ability to customize the plans. The doors are not automatically ADA-compliant but we can certainly customize them that way.
Very nice home, but I don’t understand why if having a home built of this price and quality people want to walk up/down stairs and through the living room & kitchen to do laundry. Any new home of this price point should have laundry (perhaps stacked combo) in the master suit/closet area and a full laundry room centered on the same floor as the bedrooms. Pretty easy and quick redesign to facilitate, convenience is well worth the effort and if you can afford to have a home like this built than you can afford two sets of washer/dryers.
I don’t know why these people spent so much money on the front door upgrade and the granite and quartz counters, but when it came to shelving in all of the closets they chose the least expensive option with cheap wire racks. Wooden shelves would have been much more appropriate especially in a craftsman style home.
Like I land countertop would of put that on all them don't like white cabinets like the natural wood cabinets and farm sink or apron sink and why's that vent so noisy can't u make it quite
I must say, with the quality and classiness of this home, I was disappointed to see the cheap, Rubbermaid wire shelves in the laundry area, the closets, and the pantry. You think they would put an actual wood floating shelves or some nice wood cabinets but they didn’t. I sure hope this was the owners’ decision and not something the builder chose. Disappointing either way.
