This was for a 3 season room, which excludes the winter. The whole point of an outdoor-ish area like this is NOT to have the best insulation values, it’s about versatility through the seasons. Warm day in spring? Crack the windows open a bit. Cold evening in fall? Close the windows and use that ‘much energy’ of yours to start a fire and heat the area without the annoyance of bugs. Get it now? If not that’s fine, just don’t build a room like that. Problem solved. 😎

When you give specs at the beginning of the video can you give a price range of finished per square foot? Doesn’t have to be exact but “this house finished as is, is around xxx $”?? Would give us normal folk an idea of pricing instead of always 1 and 2+ million dollar homes. 😳

If natural gas isn’t available, then there is a large LP tank that needs to get refilled regularly.
