This is one of the nicest home you have shown.
Great work. Looks flawless. I wish they still made colonial style in Canada. Just a small tip from a videographer: your hands pointing into the shot make your camera focus incorrectly. Also it would be great to get some wider shots before you move in close.
This is a beautiful house. I would rethink the brick and go with siding, but to each his own. I'm sure the owners are happy with it. Love the front porch, the fireplaces, and the overall attention to detail. This is a real gem.

You did such a beautiful job having the inside match the outside with similar finishings. So beautiful! I'm in the process of finishing my house myself and I love getting ideas from your videos. I'm currently building a double set of barn doors and I can't wait to install them. It's definitely a lot of work, but so worth it.
In my honest opinion the pantry shelves and the shelves in the mud room look more substantial then the built ins flanking both sides of the fireplace...but who am I to talk...I have wire pantry shelves...lol...anyway beautiful home as always thanks for sharing

Why do people like open floor plan? I always thought it would be better if the living room was separated from the kitchen just so when you cook the smell doesn’t go trough the living room. But then again I think it still would go to the whole house? Just wanted to know your thoughts on this??
Mike. I just found your Channel and it looks like you do great work. I would like to see all of your work related to rough work (electrical, plumbing, natural gas, insulation, cable runs, etc). All of the behind the wall stuff. I am looking to retire from CA and move to NC. It is my intention to build on a lot and I am interested in your work. I will need to pick a builder. Pretty interior ugly exterior. The shape and lack of shutters on the outside is really bad but the inside is so nice
I have watched several of your videos and I think your homes appear to well built and quality materials, but please get a professional to make these videos. I get dizzy watching you swirl that camera around so fast. You truly need a professional video with quality voice over. PLEASE
