Bravo! I'm glad to see someone using the required adhesive with the particle board flooring system. Many internet builders/renovators miss this step and will end up with creaky floors. Same with the Gyrocking for the ceilings. Only relying on the nails or screws will result

We insulated where possible in the areas that had stud walls. We didn't insulate the double brick walls as it wasnt practical. Keep in mind it doesn't snow here. Thanks for the comment, here in Australia we don't normally use vapour barriers on the sub floor. We do care a lot about ventilation and letting the structure breathe. The bearers and joists used are termite and moisture resistant LVL's. They are structural and engineered and great to work with because they're straight as an arrow.
I explain things In detail here:

No mistakes. We build to our climate and regulations here in Australia. Codes and building materials can vary throughout the country due to many climates. This dude knows what he's doing.

This to much work, the level of rework here, it would in most cases to start from ground up.

That's not a renovation, that's a smash/rebuild. I'm guessing the ROI value was worth all the work.
