As much as I enjoy the home tours, a floor plan of the houses would really help to visualize the layout! It is difficult to imagine the arrangement the way you jump around. Also the square footage and price would be useful information.
The houses seem to have a lot of thought put into every detail, from paint to the lip on the garage floor. Very nice indeed. It would be nice if we had an idea of square footage. Thanks for the enjoyable tour.
It is 2,331 square foot. It says in the caption. In a earlier video he said his homes cost on average 140-160 dollar per square foot. Hope i could help!

Beautiful curb appeal. Very inviting. Excellent construction too. Super high ceilings. Really like the registers in ceiling. The screen porch is a nice bonus as is the window bench. Kitchen is exceptional. Backsplash really sets off it. Island keeps things open but separates the rooms well. I’d make the bonus room into a family room with a projection system. Mini fridge for beverages. Closets are above average. Main bath is well planned and top quality too. Larger than average utility room. The master suite is way above average. The closets are very high end. In the master bath hits on all cylinders. Tile shower screams quality. Essentially what’s not to like. Close to perfection.
I really enjoy these home tours. The quality of your builds are just wonderful. I would really love to know the cost of these homes.

I think that house deserved a better looking kitchen. I myself prefer simplicity, but it's just a little plain and nondescript. If that's what the owners want though, to each his/her own.
